We went to Iberotel with 2 families. We knew perfectly well all the pros and cons of the hotel, we thought there were fewer cons, it seemed so from the reviews, but no, everything remained at the same level.
The road to the hotel is a minus that cannot be fixed - 2 hours there and 2.5 hours back, with a mandatory stop at the shopping center.
We arrived at the hotel at 11.00 and immediately, without delay, we were given the keys to the rooms, and they even gave us the opportunity to choose from the available rooms in order to live closer to each other.
We chose line 3, being afraid of a possible construction site between Starlight and Iberotel (as it turned out later, there was no construction site).
In the evening we were pleased with a present from the hotel (wine and fruit in the room) as if we were visiting the hotel for the second time.
The hotel rooms (everything I've seen) are clean, comfortable, though not all are spacious. The staff cleans diligently, no complaints.

Last year's pluses remained - a beautiful well-groomed territory, polite friendly staff, excellent food, a huge selection of fruits: oranges, bananas, cherries, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, watermelons, melons, plums, apricots. Yummy ice-cream.
But the minuses remained - poor animation, NO evening entertainment programs and difficult entry into the sea on pebbles without safety shoes. Animation with children seems to have become a little better, and something appeared with adults at the pool, BUT everything is in German. The beach volleyball at the hotel was "beaten" completely. For 2 days we went for animators begging for the ball, then a tourist from Russia bought the ball in the market, tourists from France also began to bring their own ball and the problem was solved without the participation of the hotel. 3-4 teams gathered to play volleyball every day, but they had to water the playground themselves, well, no one fell apart.
We visited neighboring hotels: Nena Club (a beautiful pantone was built there), Ali Bay (we devoted half a day to their water park), Starlight together with Sunrise (excellent evening programs).
In general, they were satisfied with the rest. The sea, the sun and a great attitude towards tourists - these are the main advantages for which we choose Turkey.
