Stayed this year with my husband in this hotel. Wonderful vacation! Good food, decent drinks, the area is just fantastic. There is really no zoo (zoo corner). Most likely, it was written about in much earlier reviews (2003-2007). The hotel was refurbished in 2007, so it has been more and more improved. The nature in this place is simply fabulous - the sea and coniferous forest, and palm trees right there... Unforgettable. If you are going to enjoy your vacation and not hang out, then this hotel is for you. The excursions were organized very professionally, even long distance trips. The staff is friendly. There is enough space for all vacationers in the restaurant, on the beach, and in the park area. The rooms were cleaned every day, even if we didn't leave a tip. I assure you that even in the same Side there are worse hotels (we entered their territory when we went on excursions and picked up tourists), and from the side of the beach (if you are not too lazy and walk 4 km along the coast in Side) the differences between the hotels are even more visible.
