"Волшебный отпуск" "Magic Vacation"

We didn't like the hotel at all. Lots of shortcomings. ruined the holiday. The hotel is dirty and unkempt. The rooms are uncomfortable and in need of refurbishment. The air conditioner smelled of mildew and needed to be cleaned. My daughter (15 years old) was brought a broken-crooked folding bed. They refused to change the number (they said: "we have it everywhere").
The restaurant is actually a dining room. There were not enough cutlery, you had to go and ask to wash them. Wine was drunk from plastic cups, as was juice. Teaspoons are also plastic. The dishes were not washed well.
The menu had little meat. From fruits they gave watermelons and apples. But there were delicious treats.
Very pleased with the excursions. We got a lot of positive emotions: rafting, water park + dolphin show, a trip to Pomukkale. The guides were all great.
In general, we had a good rest, if you do not pay attention to these "little things".
