First, about the good - the hotel continues to ennoble and improve.
1. The territory is quite green and well-groomed. Palm trees, bananas, flowers, lawn. Of course, there is no botanical garden, but there is no "baldness" either.
2. The surroundings of the hotel are not so deserted. Firstly, quite picturesque hilly and mountain landscapes. Secondly - in the immediate vicinity is a holiday village. Nearby is the Crystal Admiral Resort. 3 times a week a free shuttle from the hotel to Manavgat, 1 time a week - in Side, daily in the morning and in the evening - to the Lyra shopping mall.
3. A large number of details that are not stated anywhere, but they are. For example, yesterday they opened a pier on the beach, sunshades were installed on the playground over the swings, the children's town has a children's gym, toilets (sorry) with mini-wash basins and mini-toilet bowls, a children's pool with a tiny children's slide.

4. Right now, young palm trees are being planted along the road from the beach.
5. There is nothing criminal at the entrance to the sea. A strip of small pebbles on top of the sand, small pebbles tingle the foot, but it is unrealistic to cut yourself with them. There are large stones-steps 1-2m from the surf line (in some places), they are not sharp and not dangerous. I consider coral slippers for this beach to be an excess, and even more so for those who are accustomed to Crimean pebbles.
6. Sun loungers on the beach and by the pool can be found at any time. During peak hours, they will not be the most convenient, but you will find them.
7. Settlement. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning and after 20 minutes we were given a room (we were afraid that we would have to wait until 14:00). Maybe just lucky.
Now about the nuances:
1. The road bothers me the most (this is my first time in a hotel with such a location). It does not interfere with sleep - we are city dwellers, but to feel isolated from the world - it interferes noticeably. In addition, there are no sound-absorbing barriers - just a mesh with undergrown hedges.
2. Now is the season. The hotel is at the stop of tour operators, but in reality there are really a lot of people here. This is felt, first of all, in restaurants - queues (not colossal, but there are, especially for grilled dishes), it is difficult to find a table (unless you arrive 30-40 minutes before closing), the kitchen does not replenish half of the finished dishes, leaves empty pallets or brings a new, but not so interesting, dish. Restaurants close and remove all food 5-10 minutes before the official closing time.
3. Safe in the room for a fee (somewhere it was indicated that it was free)
4. The sand on the beach and on the playground is really dusty, although its texture is pleasant.

5. The room (we live in Family Room Type 1) is not that spacious. In addition, one of the rooms is walk-through, has no window or balcony, the lighting in it is only artificial. To be able to breathe in it, you need to turn on the air conditioner (which we do as a last resort) or open the door to another room.
6. Service is sometimes unobtrusive. For example, we regularly put mattresses on beach chairs ourselves, in a restaurant they offer drinks every other time, with better cleaning of dirty dishes from the table, but there are also interruptions. With the maid (ttt) so far it was possible to explain - they are satisfied with the cleaning, albeit without the "swans".
7. The hotel uses at best 60-70% of the territory. The rest is sown with lawn and planted with young bananas. Something like walking paths and bench lanterns is very much requested, but, apparently, this is a matter of the future.
In general, for myself, I still make my choice in favor of club hotels (we have always rested in such hotels before - the territory is larger, there are fewer people, more greenery, calmer), but in the current crisis year, the proposal for Amelia turned out to be just right for us.
