We rested from September 15 to 22, and what can I say about this hotel: food, rooms and animation are excellent!! ! The service, with the exception of the front desk, is also excellent. But our tourists and guides are also to blame for the fact that the reception expects bribes from our visitors, who, when taken to the hotel, warn everyone: “Be sure to give a tip before settling ($ 10-20). ” Here they are waiting for you to deposit $10 or $20. But we did not give a bribe (after all, tips are given after a job well done, not before). Despite this, we were still settled in the main building; however, not on the 6th, but on the 2nd floor, from where there was no view of the pool, and through the window we saw the neighboring hotel "Selge" and a bit of the sea. But doesn't it really matter where your windows look if you appear in your room only at night to sleep, and spend the rest of the time either in a restaurant, or by the pool, or at the sea, or traveling somewhere?
There are no complaints about the maids, cooks, waiters - they performed their work quickly, efficiently and always with a smile. Always at a meeting with the hotel workers, we heard a friendly: "Hello" and saw a smile on their faces. Even the receptionist on the 3-4th day began to show "signs of friendliness" - to say hello and smile. The hotel room was very well cleaned during our breakfast, bed linen and towels were changed every day, and swans or flowers were laid out on our beds every day from bedspreads and towels.
We really liked the food, we ate a lot and with pleasure, because of which we were worried so as not to gain excess weight. But upon arrival home, we found out that we not only didn’t get better, but also lost a little weight, which, I think, was facilitated by our constant participation in various competitions, aqua aerobics, as well as swimming in the pool and the sea.

Some of the animation sketches were a bit vulgar, but overall they were fun and, importantly, you could see that the animators were doing their job with pleasure. We even thought that we should not pay them, but take money from them : ), because. It was evident that they take great pleasure in their work. And water aerobics with Igor and belly dancing with JJ are the best! It was fun not only to participate, but also to watch.
There were a lot of free sun loungers both by the pool and by the sea, so we did not have to take them in advance, we came at any time convenient for us.
We went on excursions from a local travel company, which was located 50-100 meters from the entrance to the hotel, at the local bazaar. The savings are about 50%. But at the same time, there are also disadvantages. Be sure to find out all the conditions so that there are no unpleasant surprises. For example, when we went rafting, which cost us $20 per person (and the Pegasus guides it cost $45), upon arrival it turned out that not all kayaks were fully prepared for the excursion, some did not have enough pillows, which created a certain inconvenience and, accordingly, reduced the joy of the excursion. But I advise everyone to go rafting, who have not been yet, and try to raft on kayaks, and not on rafts, since the extreme is much more.
