Initially, we bought a tour to the Armas Bella Sun 4 * hotel, but when we arrived there, while waiting in line for check-in, we saw a lot of dissatisfied people at the reception who came up with complaints. One girl was with a bloody towel and hands, the glass door from the shower stall fell on her. Worst of all, the staff didn't respond at all. Then we met her in Bella Luna, and many tourists moved from San to Luna. For the transition, we paid $10 per day, in general, $100 came out. The room was good, with a view of the sea and the pool. There was no cleaning. For 10 days the bed was changed 1 time, towels 2 times (when asked). I cleaned normally only when they gave $ 1, but the floors still had to be washed, because the maid washed it somehow. You can still find food for an adult, but for children it is problematic. Everyone who was with children complained about it. We took porridge and purees with us. A lot of semi-finished products, as well as tomatoes and cucumbers in different interpretations)). This has not been seen anywhere. We did not drink alcohol from the hotel. There is a snack bar on the beach, they give french fries, hamburgers and bake cakes. But we didn’t take it, in the heat we didn’t want to stand in line for 40 minutes. Because the guests from Armas Bella Sun also ate there. The biggest disappointment is the beach! Dirty, cigarette butts, seaweed, beds and mattresses are dirty, some are broken. The entry into the sea is covered with algae, at the bottom there are large stones with sharp edges, you can get hurt. We went swimming on the nearby beach. We walked along the coast, at other hotels, we did not see such dirt and algae. When we asked the staff why is it so dirty? We were told to go to a nearby beach where they clean up. In general, there are a lot of shortcomings, it doesn’t pull on 5 *, I don’t recommend it.
