We stayed at this hotel from June 12th to June 27th. Room 110 in the hotel's administrative building.
Antalya Airport
The tour was through the new terminal. The return trip was a nightmare. The terminal is huge—there's a sign saying it's a 10-minute walk to Gate XX, 15 minutes to Gate XX1, and so on. There's no place to sit. Only in the cafe. Huge crowds of people. There's a seating area in front of the Gate entrance (we walked for over 20 minutes). But the low ceiling (we were in Gate 68B) makes you claustrophobic. It's also dark. The worst experience ever.
Room
Odd-numbered rooms are single rooms with a large L-shaped balcony. Even-numbered rooms are double rooms with two balconies. The larger balcony faces north, the smaller south. The smaller room has a soft, almost new double bed, a TV, and air conditioning. The larger room has two sofas, a table, and no air conditioning.
Good soundproofing.
Beach
This year, the hotel beach was moved approximately 300 meters closer to the asphalt road. While the previous beach had a shower, toilet, changing cabin, and a small pavilion with tables and soft drinks, this year it's gone. Only a very narrow changing cabin with bottled water remains.
The number of sun loungers on the beach has increased – 9 rows of 14 loungers. This is significantly more than it had in 2025. As before, nails and screws protrude in various places on the wooden decking.
You must be very careful when walking barefoot on the wooden decking!
Transfer to the beach is in a new VW Charter bus with 16 seats. Air conditioning is available. The driver, a man of about 50 years old and wearing glasses, is very friendly. If you're late for your flight, he even stops on the opposite side of the road from the hotel and waits for you. When there are more people at the beach exit than can fit on the bus (including standing room), the driver makes an extra trip. The same applies to transfers from the hotel to the beach. Thanks to him. I can't help but thank him for his excellent service.
Road to the beach
You can walk to the beach, not just by bus. As you can imagine, leaving the beach at 6:00 PM with the last bus to the hotel is unacceptable for us. We stayed at the beach until at least 7:00 PM.
The beach is accessed along a two-lane asphalt road. To the right of the road is a sign for "Vox Maris Resort. " Cross the road. Then walk straight toward the beach along a well-trodden, wide path. The walk from the hotel to the beach takes 12-18 minutes (depending on your walking speed).
Food
Quite varied. Watermelon and apples were available at every meal. There were also grapefruit, bananas, oranges, and apricots. Since 2025, a new counter has been added with vegetables, herbs, and other produce. There's a large selection of cheeses, pickles, stewed and grilled vegetables, turkey, and beef, usually in two or three varieties. Fish every 2-3 days. One time, they had a tuna about 2 meters long that was hung and cut up in the center of the restaurant – delicious and unusual. Soup – one kind for lunch and dinner. Each day there were several side dishes and meat dishes.
Alcohol
For spirits, the rakia and gin are decent – they come in bottles with dispensers. I didn't like the white wine, and the red was so-so.
Staff
Very friendly. Especially the reception staff, the bartender, and the bus driver.
Animation
Unlike in 2025, there are now entertainers working from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. A weekly schedule is posted at the restaurant entrance.
Compared to 2025, there are now more shows with guest artists. We liked: Turkish Night, performances by two different folk dance ensembles, and live music. There was also a Bingo lottery.
Tourists
Russian speakers (about 50-60%, depending on the stay), Germans, Serbs, Kazakhs, and Poles. Several Turkish families.
Pros of the hotel
1. Friendly staff.
2. Renovated rooms with good soundproofing.
3. Free Wi-Fi in the courtyard around the reception, in some rooms, and in the restaurant.
4. Wide beach with ample sun loungers.
5. The air-conditioned shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and back has improved significantly.
6. Large stores (A-101, Migros, Carefour, LC Waikiki, etc. ) and the ruins of ancient Side (not all of them have been fenced off with signs yet, but the situation is much worse now than it was in 2025) are close by (10-20 minutes' walk).
7. Permanent shelters have been installed over the children's pool and some of the sun loungers by the main pool. The waterslide's operating hours have also been extended.

Unlike in 2022, most of the ancient sites in Side are fenced off and require a hefty entrance fee. Compared to 2025, the situation in 2026 has worsened dramatically—many landmarks are fenced off and inaccessible. For example, the amphitheater still has no entrance—a crane has been in place there for two years.
Side's main landmark, the Temple of Apollo, is surrounded by iron hoops from top to bottom, making it inaccessible. Access to the temple along the sea is also blocked. Access must pass between the shields and through the Temple of Athena.
The fountain at the entrance to Side has also been ruined by new construction, complete with porticoes and columns. The Turks have essentially lost touch with reality. They think tourists will flock to their ancient sites, surrounded by fences and densely packed with new construction, and pay through the nose for it. Most tourists probably won't.
