We had a room on the 1st floor, terrible dampness, the room was very badly cleaned, only two differences were cleaned in 6 days. They could not question the towels. The girls made swans with dirty towels. No cleaning, no tools are added. We did not want to change the number. The rest was very good, but the hotel is bad.
