The hotel does not correspond to the declared 5 stars. Disappointing with hotel and staff. The hotel is old, musty smell upon entering the hotel. Air conditioners work from 17 to 19 and from 21 to 00, the rest of the time the rooms are very hot. There are no mini cosmetics in the rooms at all, there is only toilet paper. The room is damp, there is a fungus on the doors and ceiling, and on the walls there are crushed mosquitoes and midges, a peeling ceiling, streaks on the walls. They asked to change the number, the girl promised to do it within 24 hours (we even left a thank you), but we were not going to change the number. Due to the dampness in the room, the child coughed the entire stay. Meals: for 7 days there was never meat, chicken twice, some dishes were sour, the children's buffet worked once, not all the children had enough mashed potatoes. The food is tasteless to say the least. dirt dirt dirt. there are puddles of water near the coolers, they simply do not wipe them off in time. unwashed dishes. From the pros: excellent clean pools, clean and fresh beach towels for free, the beach is excellent, clean and well maintained. the staff is friendly only on the beach.
