In the spring, my wife and I vacationed in Miramar Queen. I liked it very much. We decided to go to this hotel again for a week, but rested in Miramar Beach. These two hotels have a common territory and vacationers can use all the services in both hotels. We bought a tour to M. Queen, but arrived at the hotel around 10 am, there were no rooms available at that moment, and at the reception they offered to settle in M. Beach. We agreed. The cost of the rooms is the same, but I did not want to wait for a settlement for a few more hours. Rest were satisfied. We are pensioners, and a hotel where most of the guests are pensioners from Germany is suitable for us. What bothered me several times was that sometimes it was impossible to find a free sunbed on the beach, while a lot of them were occupied only with towels. Everyone was engaged in this: both our former and present compatriots, and the Germans. But this is typical, as I understand it, for all Turkish hotels. In addition, both hotels have a procedure for replacing towels when they are brought into the room after 15.00. They didn't do it twice in a week. . But this was not critical for us - we left towels just in case. Since the hotels are focused on the Germans, it was problematic to explain in Russian and in English. But there were no special problems, so this was also not critical, with the exception of the discharge, when in Miramar Beach I was required to pay for playing billiards, although I had never played, and did not even know where he was. I said it in English, but I don't know if the girl at the reception understood it. She told me the amount in lira that I need to pay for the Internet - 82 lira per week. Perhaps she added 10 lira for billiards to this amount, since at first we were guided by somewhere around 70 lira for the Internet. I didn't elaborate. As for the rest, the most pleasant impressions about the hotel are very clean, beautiful well-groomed territory, delicious food, quite calm. Several unpleasant moments on vacation were associated with Pegasus. Firstly, when we were taken to the hotel from the airport, the Turkish guide muttered the information on duty for a couple of minutes through a poorly functioning microphone (as if he had a bad cold) and. . . fell asleep. We have already rested in Turkey many times, and we didn’t have to report anything, but there were those who needed information among the tourists. When boarding the bus, he, however, wrote to us on the vouchers when meeting with the hotel guide. When we were brought to the hotel, he did not go to the reception, as guides usually do. We did not need this, but then again, someone could certainly benefit from the help. The next day we came with another couple to meet with the hotel guide (by name, apparently, a Turk), we waited more than 25 minutes, he did not come. During the holiday, no one contacted us. On the eve of departure, we decided to clarify where we would be picked up and went to the reception in Miramar Queen, where we were brought. There we were told that they would pick us up from Miramare Beach, where we are resting. Later, after dinner at the Miramare Beach reception, we were told when the bus would pick us up. We went down to the lobby in advance, checked out and waited. With a slight delay, the bus pulled up to the hotel. At the same time, the guide (also Turkish) attacked us with claims that we had to wait for the bus in Miramar Queen, and that he could well have left without us. We were outraged by this, saying that we did as we were told at the reception, and he told us that we should have listened to the hotel guide. We replied that the hotel guide did not come to the meeting. Such an unpleasant skirmish took place at our departure. Yes, they didn’t take us anywhere, as is usually the case, although they picked us up 4 hours 10 minutes before departure, and this transfer guide didn’t get to the airport at all, got off somewhere, 15 minutes before arriving at the airport.
