We were satisfied with the hotel and the rest in general. We arrived early, there were still 4 hours before check-in, at the reception they offered to change clothes in a separate room and eat. Checked in at 14:00. The room is good, everything worked properly (air conditioning, safe, kettle, mini bar, TV) Internet throughout. The mini bar was replenished every day (juice, cola, fanta, sparkling water. , pure water) + Tea, coffee, sugar. Room cleaning - every day. Towels changed every day + shower accessories. The food is excellent. Meat, fish, vegetables, sweets for every taste. Didn't like powdered drinks, but to drink or not to drink them is your personal choice. The area is large and clean. There are a lot of Germans among the vacationers. They smoke a lot, sitting outside if you are a non-smoker or with children will not always be comfortable. Then it is better to eat indoors. It's nice that the hotel has a dress code and while eating you don't see bare torsos and buttocks)) The animators guys are great! ! Special thanks to Palmyra, who worked with teenagers. Unobtrusive cheerful guy. Knows his business. I would like, of course, that the Ukrainian language sounded more on the territory of the hotel !! ! This is such a wish and request ! ! Basically everything is in German and Russian. The service staff is top notch. Everything is clear, everyone is doing their job !! ! Cleanliness, order. Corresponds to a high level.
