I'll try to be neutral, because something suits everyone and doesn't fit, respectively, either.
1. Accommodation
We had a spacious family room on the 3rd (2nd foreign) floor with a balcony, a separate room for children with two beds. The windows in the booking should be partly on the sea - but the sea is not visible behind the water slides - how do you count with or without a view?

The bed is large, the mattresses are comfortable, the sheets are clean, in the room for a dollar + a small chocolate bar "Alenka" +/- they were cleaned every day (except Wednesday - a day off). I write "+ -" because everyone's cleanliness criteria are different, for my taste - not enough: the sink / bath was never washed, the surfaces in the room were not wiped, but the garbage was removed and the sand on the floor did not creak underfoot - and okay, anyway we all day at sea. The linen is not old, towels were added every day new ones, at our request they gave blankets, on the 8th day they gave out disposable slippers - it's nice.
Everything seems to be ok, but... the room is tired, the hotel obviously lacks normal service:
- in the toilet the tank is constantly flowing - they said at the reception - they did not fix it.
- the backlight of the mirror in the bathroom went out on the second day, they fixed it.
- there was a noticeable stench from the sewerage - well, why be indignant, they just closed the door to the bathroom.
The balcony has fasteners for an awning, but there is no awning, the sun spits through the windows, the air conditioner works with a roar and low efficiency. Until 12 at night I had to sleep under the air conditioner, because the music program is perfectly audible, after 12 you can open the window. There is no kettle and glasses in the room, there are no disposable soaps and shampoos either, there is soap in dispensers with crookedly filled bags - I had to fill it myself to make it work.
2. Nutrition
Diverse, but not masterpieces. Everything is not salty, there is no diet, vegetarians have a place to turn around. As elsewhere with fish-meat, everything is difficult for the Turks, everything else is good. Sausage is better not to try in any form.
Cocktails with local alcohol taste disgusting, without alcohol - a mixture of chemical juices, imported alcohol - from 5 euros per cocktail. They were poured into some conditionally washed plastic glasses. Everything is paid only for cash, you can’t write down the number. The ingredients are running out - some others are added to the cocktail.
Orange juice for 1.5 euros a glass, 6 euros a liter - next to the hotel there is an orange grove in which they grow full of them, like we have apples.
3. Beach and grounds

The territory is very large, beautiful, well-groomed, everything is in bloom, the beach is long, there was enough space for everyone (the hotel was underloaded by a third according to sensations). There are not enough tables for things - they have to be placed directly on the sand, then sand in all the bags. The pool is gorgeous and huge where you can swim.
There are many water slides for every taste and age. On adult slides, rescuers crookedly launch inflatable circles so that they ride more terrible, apparently. Security measures are not respected, you can fly away as you like.
The sea is amazing and clean, until they start chasing motorboats with parasailing - they beat the foam.
4. Service
He is not. Simply no.
There is no way to iron things after the suitcase, I was offered dry cleaning or laundry for 25 euros.
Safe is paid, 1 euro per day.
Internet is paid. When we checked in there was a rate of 1.5 euros per device per day or 10 euros per week per device. Then they extended it for another 3 days, there was no longer a tariff of 1.5 euros, I had to pay 10 euros for 3 days for each device. This is a robbery and is comparable to the prices for Russian roaming.
We had a transfer to the airport in the afternoon, we rented a room and swam in the sea, then agreed with the spa center to take a shower. The spa center is a complete rout - there is no soap in the dispensers, the hair dryer does not work, the shower heads are torn out in some places - a sad sight.
The hammam bath is paid and closed due to covid, as is the gym, as well as some of the bars throughout the territory.
5. Animators
Very weak, the evening program is miserable - a rehash of famous hits without getting into the notes, where they take such performers.

6. Separately, about the transfer from the tour operator TUI (TUI) - we had it individually in both directions in a small minibus. From the airport everything was fine, to the airport - was taken almost an hour late. The minibus was obviously technically faulty, the cabin smelled of fuel, barely drove 60 km / h, the driver did not understand either Russian or English, it was impossible to speed it up in any way - they called the representative of the tour operator - she offered to contact the reception at the hotel. As a result, we barely managed to run to the flight, we were saved only by electronic check-in a day before departure, otherwise we would have been late. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE to travel with TUI - they will not provide a transfer, you will be late for the flight, it will be impossible to download the rights - they will say that you did not come to the collection point and will not prove anything.
