I chose the hotel for a long time, as we went on vacation with a 4-year-old child, we wanted a beautiful territory, a kids club, food and service... In a word, everything was super. And judging by the reviews in this hotel, everything should have been exactly like this....And probably it would have been if the hotel management had not decided to arrange a "Russian" check-in this summer, and had not recruited all the staff from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. They do not know English, but Russian has the feeling that they understand but not everyone.
I'll start from the settlement. They brought us about 8 hours, we waited 20 minutes and they put us in a car and took us to a bungalow. The room was clean, but there was no toilet paper and there was a breakdown on the balcony (the clothes dryer fell off).
In the morning I went to the reception and asked to fix the breakdown and bring the missing accessories. After breakfast, we found two rolls of paper lying on the threshold of the room (right on the floor). I won’t paint for a long time, but the dryer was repaired only on the 6th day. Cleaned also on a two-day requirement at the reception.

On the last day before leaving, my child was poisoned by something, and she vomited on the bed. I came to the reception (it was about 12 noon) I came up and asked to change the bed and described why. Then, at 18:00, I came up and again asked for at least bedding, because there would be nothing for us and the child to hide with. I repeated my request at 20:00... In short, my husband and I slept without blankets and the child under a towel. At what the spoiled sheets "smelled fragrant on a balcony". We left at 3 am. To be honest, gladly.
Nutrition. Many, tasty but all the same. But you won't be hungry. But the citizens of Russia managed to create queues everywhere, sometimes to the point of a fight)) Yes, and one more thing... These same guests picked up strawberries with their hands and ate straight from the common dishes. And all the fruits except Watermelons were green. A couple of times there were strawberries and cherries. And so basically Apples, green apricots and nectarines with peaches.
From Children's entertainment . . The "Maask circus" came (we did not go), children's disco (were there once, we liked it). And outdoor cartoons. The water park is interesting, but already tired. Not all slides worked.
To be honest, the first time we managed to want to go home while on vacation. We concluded that Turkey is not for us yet. For 10 days, I got tired of Russian speech, drunk people cursing obscenities, constant queues and showdowns of who was behind whom...
And also, if someone from the hotel administration reads my review, a huge request: Teach your staff to keep promises made to guests. I didn’t cover the child with half a sheet anywhere in threes or fours and didn’t walk around the hotel in search of someone who would clean my room. They did not hear me (or, it seems to me, they simply did not understand). And the staff doesn't know English.
