In Starlight (the WORLD OF SUNRISE complex) I rested with my husband and friends on 08/30/10-09/06/10 and upon arrival I decided to spend my personal time and write a review, because. when choosing a hotel, I was guided by reviews and I want others and mine to help in choosing! A big bow and thanks to the hotel, staff and favorite animators for a wonderful holiday, we will not soon forget these wonderful days!
And now for the points! I would like to dwell on all the pros and cons that I previously read in the reviews on the site:
1) the territory is the most beautiful, the greenest, the most well-groomed! Gardeners and simple workers thank you very much for this beauty! It is so huge that we didn’t go around it for the whole week and even got lost once (well, there are signs all around), and on the first day we generally walked with our mouths open and not only we girls, but even our faithful husbands! The pools are clean and there are a lot of them, no smell of bleach, and even looking at this cleanliness and the thought does not arise to spoil it with a piece of paper thrown outside the trash can or a cigarette butt! The territory of Sunrise, of course, is inferior, and the hotel building is not so luxurious, and the lawns and vegetation cannot be compared with Starlight's, but not bad either! The territory is shared by two hotels, and the infrastructure is completely the same, it even seems to me that I saw white and blue sunrise bracelets more often in our bars than Starlight ones!
2) food - I got better, moreover, I limited myself as best I could! The choice of dishes is such that even putting on a small spoon, you get a plate with a slide! Yes, there is not much meat, it may not be enough for meat-eaters, but believe me, there is always it, and chicken, and turkey, and veal, and beef! And what tongues in the sauce - yum-yum! The breakfasts are of course rather poor, but none of us left hungry! An abundance of fruits! Vegetables of all kinds and flavors, fried, steamed, in sauces, pickles! And my husband, a gourmet in this matter, rated the desserts 10 out of 5 in general! Cakes, pies, soufflé -WHERE ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!??????

3) staff - maybe I'm not an experienced tourist, but I'm just amazed at the courtesy and well-trainedness of the hotel staff! Smiles never leave your face, even at such moments when drunken and shameless vacationers attack at 12 o'clock! It seems that they guess your thoughts and fulfill your desires! No reproach, no sidelong glance, but only goodwill and diligence! You can even say - they create a positive mood, but their work is not easy! Many speak Russian or at least try! Special thanks to all of them, from waiters to administrators!
4) bars and alcohol - the work of bars directly depends on working bartenders, and they are good fellows there, you can’t say anything! And they will pour it without any delay and they will invent a cocktail here at your request! Yes, alcoholic drinks are local and diluted, but are present for free: champagne (sour), wine (also sour-dry for my taste), belis (local liquor), campari vermouth (they call it differently, but I got hooked on it with cherry juice yum-yum), tequila, whiskey (also probably local, I don’t know for sure here), beer is very diluted in the lobio, but in the VIP bar it’s excellent, as it should (this is from the words of my husband). But with all this, believe me, everything is enough! Those who really wanted to get drunk - got drunk, those who wanted to relax - relaxed! Do you know how nice it is to lie on a sun lounger near the pool and in between swims, enjoy another cold delicious cocktail !!!!!????
5) caste concepts - how I was afraid of this, having read the reviews! People do not believe, NOTHING LIKE! 80-90% of vacationers are orange, red ones were often met, but blue or green, I generally saw 1-2 times! There were very few people in the VIP pool at all times, it is cooler than all the others, in my opinion, and it is not interesting there, the animation in the pools with columns! In service, no difference, the attitude is equivalent, at least for red and orange! In fact, there is only one difference, the red ones live in the main building, the orange ones live in the bungalow!
6) beach-beach with a blue flag, shore-coarse sand, bottom-pebbles, the sea is incomparable, clean, warm. Entry is normal. Sunrise has a pier! The beach itself is huge. Sun loungers with mattresses and umbrellas, very comfortable. There has never been a shortage of places! Everywhere order and cleanliness!
7) numbers - simple, convenient, good. The rooms are small, but everything is there (I'm talking about a bungalow). The furniture is new, the bed linen is snow-white (it is changed every day), the plumbing is new, there is always hot water, there is a free safe and a refrigerator with soft drinks, it is also updated every day. The curtains are thick, sleep well during the day! Central air conditioning - my husband even managed to catch a cold!
8) housekeeping - generally not bad, it seems to be clean, and pretzels from a blanket. But in some places you can see flaws, cobwebs, trash cans. But I say this so that the picture does not look perfectly drawn. We appeared in the room late at night and at lunchtime to sleep off, swim, change clothes and that’s all, so they didn’t pay attention to the little things!
8) animation - well, this is my favorite fad - there are only admiring gasps and sighs when remembering! Lidochka - thanks to your yoga lessons, water gymnastics and Arabic dances, I finally got excited and decided to do physical training! And what fun competitions and games by the pool were held daily, even our heavily lifted husbands participated in them with pleasure! And the evening shows! They take place on the territory of Sunrise, in the amphitheater at 21.30. This is an hour of continuous laughter to colic and delight! WORLD OF SUNRISE animators, led by the incomparable Ali - you are great, smart, talented, super, keep it up!
In a word - the rest is incomparable, the week flew by unnoticed, swept by, I would say. She left, the cats scraped in her soul, and there was a lump in her throat! Now I proudly show everyone a photo of the hotel, and I even dream about it!
P. S. many say that Russian tourists behave like "PIGS", but during the week I did not see this (maybe with a few exceptions - a bald, bald cattle in tattoos, who was rude to a very positive and pleasant bartender). But two days before the departure, all the beautiful, businesslike, intelligent in strict suits, Monsieur and Madame (very many) of some cool pharmaceutical company arrived (I don’t remember the exact name, so I won’t write). And these "INTELLIGENTS" got to the freebies (all inclusive) and what started here! Horror! And I won’t describe dirty toilets than dirty ones), and half-naked young ladies looking for adventure! A SHAME! But by the way, this did not spoil the impression of the hotel, because there are so many positives that hardly anything can block it!
