My wife and I arrived at this beautiful hotel on 17.10. 2010 at 17-00 we were placed immediately, the guide Olesya came up and immediately explained everything. The room went over the main entrance to the hotel, on the 2nd floor directly above the restaurant, the view is beautiful on the mountains and a little on the sea, the mini bar in the room is replenished daily with beer, juice, min. water, a dressing room with a combination lock, it also has a safe with an electric code. We immediately changed clothes and went for a walk around the hotel, the territory is very large, beautiful, well-groomed, as these are two hotels combined together. There are a lot of pools, a water park with 6 slides, many restaurants, bars, an excellent beach not far from the hotel, about 300 m. Since we took a ticket using the Ultra system, we were very pleased that we used almost all the privileges of the hotel. I highly recommend the sauna in the spa salon, it's something amazing, in my opinion it's very rare to find it in resorts in Russia or you almost never see it. Several saunas united into one by a spacious corridor with excellent design, a Finnish sauna, a Russian bath, a biosauna, aroma rooms, an ice and salt room, an experience shower !! ! dishes in the main restaurants, as well as the opportunity to visit the Al-acard restaurant chain Russian, Mexican, French, Italian, Chinese - but this is already for a symbolic price of $ 18 per person and 5 different dishes at your disposal. It is possible that we were at the end of the season and we did not experience any special problems with sun loungers, beach towels, food in restaurants. As previously read the reviews on the hotel of those who have been there! ! But I’ll say right away and we came across people who were not happy with something, perhaps spoiled by metropolitan life, of course I don’t want to hurt their pride, but believe me, the hotel is really worthy of its 5, how many people work so that the rest becomes unforgettable.
