We chose the hotel according to the principle - calm, with good service, so that you can relax with a touch of romanticism, without children and the unrestrained drunkenness of our compatriots.
We got there without any problems, as always with Teztour, they settled quickly, at least until 12 days. The room is excellent - partly with a sea view, although almost all standards overlook the village and nearby hotels. The architecture of the hotel is a bomb, the territory is well-groomed, beautiful, the beach is comfortable, no problems with sunbeds, the pools are clean and warm.
And now about the incomprehensible. The hotel positions itself as a high class hotel. I agree, visually yes! But why then the contingent does not correspond to the status? You come to dinner clean after a shower, dressed, and around you wet half-dressed people (ours, of course) are seated at tables with white tablecloths. Okay, let's skip lunch. Dinner - a beautiful dress, heels, and then again the hubbub and overflowing plates. In order to change the atmosphere, we decided to go to A la carte, but they were not enough for 12 days of rest.

It is not clear why there are so many small children in the hotel. there is no children's club, only the children's room, which was empty all the time, seems to be paid; There is no children's kitchen either, only high chairs. But nevertheless, there were more children than adults and they simply suffered from the territory unsuitable for their entertainment.
The hotel has three holiday concepts: ulra, vip and top vip. we chose vip. According to this, they had to have access to a separate pool (on the second floor) and access to a separate restaurant. We got access to the VIP pool along with everyone else (seats were taken until 8 am), the VIP restaurant opened once when there was a thunderstorm, and there were not enough seats in the main restaurant.
In principle, all this is not a problem if the goal was not to have a calm, peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle. We were not even afraid of the complete lack of animation - we listened to live music and it was good. The rest went to a nearby hotel (lower and older class), which by the way belongs to the same owner.
In short: the hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, the cuisine is varied, but if you want to relax the way the hotel offers, then stock up on money for a la carte (entrance 20-35 USD, wine at least 50 USD), spa (hammam, kese, massage min. 100 c. u. ); stock up on patience, abstract from our compatriots and relax in pleasure. But we will not go for this beauty anymore. Let's return to Kemer.
I think that all the problems with the hotel management - they lowered prices and got other vacationers. By the way, there are no more bracelets in the hotel, we didn’t have it, the staff just walked around the hotel with lists of top VIPs, looked for names and took them to places “according to the purchased tickets”. And so, everything is wonderful. Even sometimes it was possible to listen to the harp playing live - and this is super.
