The staff is attentive, they listen to the comments, everyone greets, smiles, maybe because the hotel is still new and not spoiled, we'll see, because we want to come back here!! ! AND NO CHILDREN!!! ! It's so COOL, no one squeals and howls under the ear !! ! I want to separately thank the administrator Lyudmila, very attentive, we told her that on September 21. we have another wedding anniversary, so upon arrival from the beach, a bottle of wine and fruits were waiting for us in the room, and in the evening the waiters set the table with seafood, fruits, cheese and champagne in the room! Nice!! ! I also want to highlight the bartender in the lobby bar, he called us Maxim in Russian, he is pleasant, courteous, talkative, well, just a nice young man, he works well !! ! We had a great time!! ! That's just when they left there was an unpleasant aftertaste! We sat with our suitcases at the reception and waited for our bus to the airport, a German couple was sitting next to us, the same age as us, and then their bus drove up, so the receptionist and the loader rushed to their suitcases, and with smiles were taken to the bus, and when our turn came, no one raised their ass, they didn’t even look in our direction, and they didn’t say goodbye !! ! Why such an attitude towards Russians??? ? My husband and I are always and everywhere behaving very kindly, with a smile (yes, we generally are) generously distribute tips !! ! Such a nasty mess!! !
