Stayed at the hotel from 06.09. 2018 to 11.09. 2018. The hotel does not correspond to the declared stars!! ! What a waste of money and nerves. An unpleasant impression left after the rest! This hotel just needs to change staff and managers. 95% of the staff are not friendly, not motivated, and some are downright rude! The food is monotonous and almost everything smells unpleasantly of lamb. The drinks also leave a lot to be desired. The room was given with a delay, poorly cleaned. Child 2.5 could not be fed. Saw a snake on the playground! WiFi in the hotel did not work, except for the reception. This hotel has only one plus - the territory and an incredibly beautiful garden! After a week of staying there, we changed the hotel and enjoyed the next week!! !
