I chose the hotel according to the principle....I read positive reviews on various sites. Booked and paid through the tour operator Anex tour Ukraine 10 months before arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, the administrator refused to settle on the principle... There are no places. Representatives of Aneks could not influence this in any way. But.... ! In our presence, t. z. refused guests from Ukraine, Russia - more than 20 people settled tourists from Germany in standard rooms without any problems. There is only one conclusion here....If you did not come there from Germany or some more civilized European country, according to the hotel administration, be prepared for rudeness, lies from the hotel administration and relocation to another hotel of a lower category and amenities, which they did with us . I absolutely do not recommend the hotel. Dear tourists!! ! Respect yourself!! ! Because the Turks spit on us. What is written above. I wish everyone to make the right choice with the selection of the hotel.
