This hotel has a disregard for people. The living conditions are appalling. Constant problems with the generator (electricity, air conditioning) and water (it's scary to go to the bathroom, there's no water). By the way, you'll be walking through dusty roads to the beach. The new owners are very arrogant and shameless! They're completely incompetent. The only good thing is the breakfast, which is understandable. It was left over from the previous owners...I've stayed at this hotel before, so I know. It wasn't this awful under the previous owners. And they got good reviews from the previous owners, too.

The entire stay was shocked!

Our room cost $180 per night. There are plenty of options with decent service and water for that price.

We asked for a refund, recorded videos, and posted messages in chats. They didn't even show up to the meeting they'd arranged, claiming they were going to get parts for the broken generator.

Naturally, no one got a refund.

About the well on the hotel grounds, covered with thin plastic, my friend fell and broke both her legs, tearing ligaments!
They didn't even apologize for anything!!!!

You couldn't find a worse hotel. Take care of yourself and stay away from this hotel.
