We rested in July 2013, after reading negative reviews we were very worried. To our delight, they waited for us at the hotel and settled us immediately. The staff is friendly, welcoming. The condition of the room is excellent, everything is clean and comfortable, the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is located in the city center near shops, restaurants, 200 m Vorontsovsky park. We were satisfied with the rest.
