We rested after the May holidays. I will not say that nature and Crimea are beautiful, etc. , since we leave reviews not for miraculous nature, but for a specific hotel. I really want the administration to adequately react to criticism and take into account the wishes and, if possible, correct the shortcomings!
To the sea, for those who want to consider this hotel as a coastal one, I’ll immediately say far and not just far, but difficult - far, but Alupka itself, not a beach one!
And now about the rest:

We arrived, there was no one at the reception for about 30 minutes, we sat waiting for someone to appear from the administration. A languid madam appeared, led to settle. Junior Suite - access to the household. yard and a wastebasket, the light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. Immediately asked to change the room. Changed, I want to note that balconies are available only in suites. The junior suite is damp, no air conditioning in the heat, no heater in the cold, in the room offered to us as a replacement, the view was better, the lights were all on and we agreed to it. The rooms have tiled flooring everywhere, it is very slippery, there is no soap in the bathroom, and, of course, shampoo, there is nothing to dry towels on, there was no glass in the toothbrush holder)))) well, we twisted our noses, complained about our Soviet "maybe", all cosmetic repairs, the main thing is not to touch, otherwise everything will fall off!
Hot water is not enough for everyone, who first got up, he washed himself normally! This is despite the fact that we took into account that we went out of season and when the hotel was far from being fully loaded !!!!
Went to have breakfast at the hotel cafe. Sorry, RESTAURANT, that's what the city calls a place with four plastic tables! They asked for an americano with milk, they brought espresso without milk, when asked, where is the milk at least, we were told how, where, in a cup! Believe me, I can distinguish black coffee from coffee with milk! And the prices, by the way, are capital! No alcohol, not even beer! It’s strange, considering that you are a seaside hotel for vacationers, and vacationers love to drink! What's stopping them from buying a case of beer and selling it at a premium? And they themselves would have earned and vacationers, without options, would have had to drink it))) Too lazy, why bother...
Of course, most of the time we spent outside the hotel! We ate breakfast and went for a walk. And what was our disappointment when we returned home by 12 at night, and the door was closed from the inside !!!!!!!!
Not a call, NOTHING! ! How to get to the hotel, to the room? The administrator went to bed and closed the hotel from the inside!! ! Comrades, you can't! We are guests of your hotel! You must be happy hosts!
