Our acquaintance with "Oneiro" began in 2010 with a visit to the tavern at the hotel. We were absolutely fascinated by both the level of service and the variety of the menu. Since that year, we have "became attached" to the hotel and now we go to rest only there. A wonderful hotel that only gets better every year.

Since that year, we have "became attached" to the hotel and now we go to rest only there. A wonderful hotel that only gets better every year. Excellent clean rooms, including views. Well equipped bathrooms with good sanitary ware. Closed parking. And our separate love is the tavern at the hotel, where we tried many delicious dishes. The service in the tavern is beyond praise, for which we thank the patient and very friendly staff, as well as the owner of the complex, Svetlana. We will go to Oneiro more than once. It's very good there : )

- Big fat minus - Scanty breakfasts (included in the price). Example: 3 cheesecakes, a thin slice of cheap ham, a slice of cheese, jam and two slices of bread, a glass of juice. And every day like this. Is it possible to feed a man with this? I had to order more food - and the prices in the Oneiro restaurant are high.
The hosts ate breakfast at the same restaurant, but their set of dishes was significantly different.
- NEVER in 7 days we were not changed bed linen (600 UAH per day per room)
- Personally, it was not convenient for us - There are no tables in the rooms. There are tables in the halls. BUT: I had to work with a laptop - and working in the lobby is not convenient - it's hot + people go back and forth - it's distracting.
- Our room on the 2nd floor was very dusty. More precisely, the dust flew in from the street - if you open the window. So the window was closed and the air conditioner was on.

The prices in the tavern are too high, but we had to have dinner because we had no choice, dinner was so-so for 3. . . it is very far to go down to the sea, and to go up, they called a taxi.....The night passed horribly. . . sound proofing is disgusting. . all the delights of the night of the neighboring room were very audible, we woke up with a bad mood and a feeling of some kind of indefinite smell, and something bit us all night. . After talking in the morning with a pleasant blonde maid, it turned out that the smell was once painted with varnish on the floor and it turned out to be Chinese, and so far the guests hear it and complain, but maskites bit us.... But alas, we found bugs in the bed and on the ceiling. . . of course, we quickly got together and thanked for the "rest" at the same time we caught these bedbugs, because we want to send the Ukrainian station to the san. . and left without looking back and remembering this disgusting place in Alupka for the rest of our lives.... Rested in Oneiro 2 times. The first time I got there by accident was in the spring of 2011. We arrived in Alupka on May 13 with girlfriends... we expected to settle in the private sector (economy option), but unfortunately it was not the season yet and we didn’t find housing . . it was getting dark and it was getting scary.

In the photo, everything looked chic and very expensive, which we could not afford... But there was nothing to do, we decided to call and find out. We were met by one of the hostesses, Svetlana. Very nice lady : -). She put us in a room under the roof. Clean, beautiful, nothing superfluous, pompous, but everything is sound enough. Clean WHITE, FRESH bed, clean and tidy bathroom. Shared terrace with great sea views. The price for the room was a little higher than what we expected, but nevertheless we stayed there for 3 nights. We ate at the restaurant on the first floor. Yes, it's more expensive than in the dining room, but it's tasty and without consequences!
The second time was in the fall of 2012. There was already another, but still clean, tidy room with a snow-white bed. There is not a speck of dust on the furniture (of course, I am not Olga Freimut, but still very squeamish, this makes me demanding and pretentious in choosing rental housing). The yard is well-groomed to match the hotel, flowers, a pomegranate bush with fruits : -)
Of the hosts, this time we talked with Svetlana and Andrey. Very pleasant, nice people, without drifts, swagger, arrogance and rudeness.

We ate at the hotel in a restaurant (a complex lunch 45 UAH), 7 days - a different menu. Portions are normal, except that a big man may not be enough. I went with the idea that it was far from going to the sea for 10 minutes, because. looks on the map. It turned out to be 10 minutes at a fast pace, back up naturally longer. Were in the "standard", then in the "economy" (the room is smaller, the bathroom is the door opposite in the common corridor). In the future, we decided not to save.

The hotel is very well maintained, spacious, each room has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of the sea). The hotel has a restaurant, which the owners opened not so long ago, and sometimes even serve customers themselves, I must say that the service is very worthy!! ! Owners - a separate issue! Not an ounce of arrogance, we have an extremely positive opinion about them. Two sisters are simply wonderful hostesses, friendly, attentive to any request of the client! The husband of one of them served us breakfast, since all the waiters were involved in the wedding event on the terrace, he is the very courtesy and courtesy! Respect!! ! The cuisine in the restaurant is good, especially the aristocratic breakfast with a glass of champagne)))
One small nuance - the amenities are on the floor, we had them for two rooms, but during the period when we rested, there were no people, and this inconvenience was not so noticeable)
From our balcony on the second floor, we watched the wedding celebration, against the backdrop of the mountains - it's very romantic and beautiful!
