Hotel "Royalta" in Alupka
At the end of February, rooms in Royalt for June 2010 were booked and paid for at 100%. It cost 500 hryvnia for one southern junior suite plus 70 hryvnia extra. place. Breakfast at the main place was included in the price, for extra. place breakfast was 25 hryvnia. Plus early booking, prices have risen, and I did not pay extra.
Administrator Kriva Natalya Yuryevna patiently corresponded with me and answered all my stupid questions. I meticulously studied the position of the hotel on Google, looked for reviews in a search engine, read about Alupka.
Pros and cons PERSONALLY FOR ME of this hotel.
Pros:

-the fattest - the location, we have not seen closer to this level. To the sea along the shortest road - turn around the corner of Royalty (not towards Magnolia, but towards the Military Sanatorium), go down 24 steps (flat enough for getting off and lifting the stroller), turn to the entrance to the palace, roll along the FLAT road to the entrance to the beach of the MO sanatorium, through their checkpoint and down the stairs to the beach (you can leave the stroller at the checkpoint),
-swimming pool, for someone too small, it was very suitable for us (three children), there are two ears for kids. The pool is chlorinated, which is bad for a villa with a small number of people, but for a hotel, I think that's it.
- The rooms are VERY large, separated by a partition. One half is a HUGE double bed, sleep softly, the other half is a large double sofa bed. I specially ordered room 305 with a corner sofa, so that it would be more comfortable to sleep with the little one. As it turned out our rooms with the best sea view. 304 is made in blue tones, 305 in gold. There is carpet on the floor, there is also an oval table, two armchairs, a wide TV (we didn’t watch it), a huge wardrobe with mirrored walls, an entrance hall, a refrigerator.
Now the details for those who do not want to carry extra things with them. kettle, teapot, two cups and saucers, opener, knife, decanter, two glasses, fruit dish, cutting board, extra. a pillow, two blankets, a set of furniture for the balcony (the table and two chairs are not plastic, but some kind of mesh, durable), on the balcony there is a rope with clothespins, if the children still attach a mesh so that they do not fall, but it is UNRELIABLE and therefore put on I didn’t go to the balcony at all, panoramic windows to the ENTIRE wall! The bathroom has a good hair dryer, a welcome set of shampoo and soap is given, thick terry beach towels are given. Bathroom, large boiler, there was always water (any), the pressure was very rarely weak, bidet, rubbish. a package every day, room cleaning on demand - you need to hang a sign on the pen, change of linen every three days (strictly), we did not have time to use towels... I forgot - AIR CONDITIONER !! ! This was our savior. And he even worked!
- early booking at low prices, in June the price for our rooms rose by 150 hryvnia for each room. So I saved a lot by paying 100 percent right away.

-breakfasts at the hotel, they can bring to the room (10 hryvnia), plus what they are, and not WHAT they are...
-very friendly and sincere staff (they try to understand everything and help if necessary),
-cleanliness of the hotel, pool and rooms (although there are also disadvantages),
-KINDS!!!!! ! especially from the pool to the mountain, and in the evening also with lights, romantics went with champagne in the evenings. . .
Minuses:
- the most FATTY minus is NO SILENCE!!!!!! ! It was so unpleasant that it cost us several sleepless nights. I got used to it, but my parents, horror, horror. In Alupka, everything is so close that any disco becomes a disaster for entire streets and quarters. And next to Royalta are TWO discos with OPEN terraces. At the request of vacationers, the administrator began to fight with them and won - exactly at 22.00 the music subsided. But at the end of our holiday, another disco was opened - on the beach. And if the neighbors were chasing pop music and chanson, then this one is SUCH TRANS!!! ! it's indescribable when at 5 am you can't fall asleep from incomprehensible music (if you can call it that) - BAMBAM-GAV_GAV_TYAF_TYAF. And I literally quote it - one theme sounded like that with interspersed barking of a dog, redone on a synthesizer... We were lucky - we were leaving, maybe this disco will be reasoned with. I don’t want to check... I closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner, thank God I didn’t catch a cold. And not always, but it happened that the rule "June 1" was not observed under the windows. Dining room "Magnolia" or private traders turned on a chainsaw, a puncher at 8 in the morning. We were saved by the fact that we wake up at 6-7 in the morning. And rarely at this time were in the room.

- minus the hotel - poor cleaning of the bathroom. When we drove in, the bathroom of the ball was frankly gray... And then the girl who does this didn’t bother herself too much. The rest of the cleaning is carried out with high quality, even the linen is re-made. Linen and blankets, pillows, towels are new and not washed. Everything is ODOR-FREE.
I personally didn't like breakfast either. Not so much, but not mentally. The standard included one dish (changed by day - vareniki with potatoes, three pancakes with sour cream and jam, oatmeal porridge with yogurt, cottage cheese with sour cream and raisins, scrambled eggs with ketchup) instant coffee, ahmad tea bags, bread butter cheese or sausage . Everything is FRESH, the cottage cheese is very tasty, but the dumplings were monotonous and too often, almost every other day. And it's not worth 30 hryvnias. The cafe itself is located on the first floor, the atmosphere is not impressive, the room is cramped. But I repeat, everything is fresh and served well and quickly. Some of the guests ordered lunches and dinners there, you can order everything in the room. But in my opinion, it’s expensive to eat there every day. And my little child ate only store-bought yogutras there...
- minus Alupka - homeless dogs in packs, cats with lichen and homeless people right in front of the hotel. The hotel has a tent with a spill. And, accordingly, such personalities hang out... It seems to me that the Royalty administration should think about this.
Upon departure, we were told that they have discounts - you come for the fifth time and get a 50% discount. But I'm a fidget and even the second time I'm unlikely to go there. But if mine again want to visit Count Vorontsov, then we will choose ONLY this hotel, as we looked at others and compared. All hotels in favor of the Royalties.
