We just got back from there yesterday. The level of service is a solid four. The staff is polite, helpful. The design and comfort of the room is nothing. BUT... , both in service and in design, the SCOOP really shines through in many ways. Namely: not very clean sunbeds by the pool, no light bulb, variable water pressure, poorly washed refrigerator and dishes, wires sticking out of the walls, dangling sockets. But cleaning, every 3 days with a change of linen and towels (they ask you to hang a sign in order to know that you are not in the room, I mean that someone wrote that the cleaning schedule staff does not remember and asks to hang a sign, - they remember the schedule perfectly, this is done for your own comfort, so as not to disturb you once again). The room is quite comfortable and the design is okay, but the space is not organized very functionally: the wall separating the bed cuts off a piece of space from the large area of the room, which, in general, falls out of habitation (there is a wardrobe and a corner sofa right in front of the door. There is no similarity in the huge junior suite kitchen corner: a kettle with dishes is placed in a nook on the refrigerator behind the curtains, to which the sofa is almost close, you know, it’s not very convenient to manipulate tea. warm floor, (the wall-mounted air freshener did not work, the usual spray was absent, the fan in the hood did not cope with the task) - and here they did not reach 3 stars.
Nevertheless, the rest turned out to be excellent, as long as the proximity of the Vorontsov park, absolutely awesome views from the pool area completely cover all the listed rather offensive "little things" (offensive because the price is not small - 700 UAH for a junior suite in the season). The weather was perfect: warm, but not exhaustingly hot. About the sea separately: in June it is still clean, but it is better not to go to the city beach, however. For 25 gr. per day (15+10=adult+child) you can get a pass to the beach of the sanatorium Min. defense. - walk min. 7 across the park. It is clean, there is a shower, but only one disgusting toilet, located at the entrance. The pool helped out again. And while there was warm water in the sea, jellyfish overcame. Not biting, really, but I personally don't like them. The locals say that there are not always many of them.

- the hotel cafe has a very flexible catering system: breakfast from 9 to 11, if you are not satisfied with the standard option, you can order the equivalent amount from the menu. Lunch and dinner - at any time, you can order by a certain hour.
