The ceiling is made from scraps of lining. There is no mirror in the room. Old tulle and curtains with fungus. The furniture is just old. And the bedding is HORRIBLE!! ! We especially "liked" the ingenious solution to lay the double bed across with two narrow sheets. Shabby shower, chipped tiles, lack of a clothes dryer (the rope is stretched and this is in the 21st century). Then there was a very unpleasant conversation with the owner. Every sentence contained the word "no". It seems that they were not on vacation (and for a lot of money), but in a concentration camp! Money is made from everything: if you want to be cleaned in the room, pay; if you want someone to help you get out of a narrow parking lot, pay; if you want internet, pay, etc. . It is not clear on what basis they took the passport as collateral ? ! But the owner himself for the entire time of our holiday never approached us and did not ask how we were resting. The tiles in the pool are broken off, there is slippery tiles around, the pool is rarely cleaned, and if they are cleaned, then the whole day. The beds are all broken. There are two umbrellas. It was a pleasure to cooperate with the administrator Tanya and Inna. They were always there, quickly responded to any requests. Girls, thank you very much and good luck to you and patience !!! . The result is this: Alupka is a very beautiful city with a beautiful Vorontsov Palace and park. But the boarding house, to put it mildly, disappointed. Having traveled all over the Crimea, I have never met such a boorish attitude.
