Initially, they were set to fly to Bulgaria, but after the Stylish tour travel agency lost my husband's passport, they decided to go to the Crimea. I wanted to choose a hotel with a normal price / quality ratio, although, given the prices of the Crimea, it was almost unrealistic. On the Internet, I stumbled upon the Sersial Hotel, looked through the photos, read the reviews, and decided to go there. Of course, the negative reviews scared me a little, but there were more positive ones. Reasonable prices, took a junior suite with a sea view.
The hotel is located right next to the stop. I really liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The room is also excellent - refrigerator, air conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer, balcony. Very cozy bar, the atmosphere is like in pubs. Small pool, nicely decorated. Two playgrounds with toys. A small area, decorated with taste and beautifully paved paths and steps. The terrace and the sea view are absolutely breathtaking.
Nutrition. Someone there wrote about sticky pasta and thinly sliced ​ ​ ham. Nothing like this! The food was very tasty and varied. Of course, the minus - the portions are small for some may be. Puree, cereals, pancakes, cheesecakes. I especially enjoyed the baked apples. But the complex lunch will be already denser - soup, side dish, meat, cue ball or meatballs, compote. 50 UAH for lunch - something inexpensive. For dinner you have to choose from the menu. Eyes ran wide, a large selection of salads, side dishes and other dishes. Delivered dinners to the terrace, to the room or to the bar. The dining area is generally comfortable.

The bar was a delight. Huge selection of drinks and cocktails. Many thanks to the bartender (Oleg, if I'm not mistaken). Master of golden hands. Never had such delicious cocktails! Not only a professional, but also a very kind and pleasant person.
Staff. We have already written about the bartender. The waiter Luda was also very nice. The manager Seryozha is very pleasant. Other administrators who were on duty at night are also great. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, well done maid. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF! YOU ALL GOOD FELLOWS! For service 5+.
As I already wrote, there is a stop and an ATM, a store nearby. There is one stop to the city center, from there you can get to the Vorontsov Palace. The market is also nearby.
Someone was dissatisfied with the hotel only for the carpet worn in places and peeling plaster on the balcony. But this is such a trifle when such a good staff, and this is the main thing. Moreover, we had a rest at the end of the season, and after all, renovations are probably done before each season. Our room was overlooking the sea, above the road. Someone wrote that it is too noisy and cars interfere with sleep. Yes, right! Not a single car interfered with us, we didn’t even notice.
Descent to the sea - the only drawback. Not that far, but if the track was equipped in the right way. But this is not the problem of the hotel. The park. through which you need to go, people-pigs have dirtied.
But nevertheless, the holiday was fabulous! We will be back!
