I join the previous review. A very cozy hotel, clean, bright, freshly renovated, good furniture and plumbing. We lived on the third floor in a junior suite with a balcony. A large room with a double bed and a folding corner sofa. Huge balcony with excellent views of the sea and the Vorontsov Palace and park. Liked the breakfasts very much. Delicious pancakes, good quality sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, tea, coffee.
Children enjoyed playing table tennis and billiards.
The pool is really very small, there was no desire to climb there. The only thing that left bewilderment was that on the main page of the "Estate" website it was indicated that the payment for accommodation included a pass to the beach of the sanatorium, and upon arrival we were told that the pass would cost 15 gr. for an adult and 10g. per child per day. For our family of 2 adults. and 2 children is 50g per day (* 3.8 = 180 rubles. ) In general, it’s not money, you just need to indicate it on the site. Since we were busy with excursions almost all the days, the pass to the beach did not come in handy for us, we went for a swim to the city's free beach adjacent to the sanatorium. There, of course, it is less spacious and the stones are larger, but if you don’t sunbathe, then it’s great.

In the evening in the "Manor" peace and quiet, on the one hand it's good, but on the other it's far from all the cafes, and you have to go down a very steep descent in complete darkness. But these are all trifles. In general, the impression was very good.
