Of course, I didn’t have to choose, since it’s unrealistic to find places in August in three days, so I had to go there! I thought it wouldn't be so bad! The sanatorium may have been awesome, but somewhere in the 60-70s.
I'll start with the positive, which is very small.
The territory is undeniably beautiful, large, green, very beautiful, but if someone else was involved in it - for example, they would restore idle fountains - this territory would not be worth the price.

We ordered a semi-deluxe 2-room suite, when we arrived for some reason it wasn’t there, everyone was busy - not very friendly girls at the reception said that there was just a two-room suite, we didn’t agree and decided to wait for the manager. Of course, without waiting, they explained to us that all the 2-room suites they have are junior suites. Well, let's go and check it out! My dear ones were shocked when I entered this "junior suite" it's just a disaster, maybe I don't understand something in junior suites, but it even looks like a barn, I have better rooms in my country house. They thought that it would work with us, it wasn't there. We went down to the administration again, it’s good to go far and I managed to calm down, therefore, without any stormy statements, we calmly talked with the manager, who, having figured it out, a hundred times apologizing, moved us to another building (in the 1st) in a junior suite on the 3rd floor. (more expensive even than our booked actually - but this is correct compensation for the time and nerves spent) But it was the next day, and that night we had to sleep in this barn. At least I took a picture of this so-called junior suite. In short, they frayed their nerves well. The surprises didn't end there.
In general, I’m silent about the fact that there is no air conditioning in any room, in such heat it’s not long to die. it is impossible to sleep. The normal junior suite was cleaned every day, the linen was not changed even once in 6 days.
Nutrition. Seen this for the first time. we arrived for 7 days, 3 days ate regular dishes. They have a custom menu and order from the 4th day only. It's a total mess. I paid for food and I can’t choose, but I have to eat what they give! disgustingly simple. some schnitzels and cutlets from which heartburn! There is no ventilation in the dining room (I generally keep quiet about air conditioners). We sat drinking tea and a river flowed from us. Tin.
Beach resort. Well, let's start with the fact that in Alushya, in principle, there is some kind of problem with the beaches - they are extremely narrow and people are like herrings on them, especially in months like July-August, there is simply nowhere to stand. And there is simply no beach resort! rather, it is its width of 3-4 meters, the length of 150 meters. It's a nightmare when the waves blow these 3-4 meters away and the beach disappears! you have to hang around on the sunbeds (if they are empty) and go down to swim! Terrible! The beach is not 300 meters away. From our building we walked for 10-15 minutes. 500 meters for sure!
Alushta itself is nothing special, the same as many other towns. embankment with all the entertainment.
Long story short, I will never go to this resort again. Unless someone buys it out and starts restoring it, well, then the prices there will be appropriate!
