We paid for the service, but there is no service, the administrators are ordinary liars, with completely insincere faces they told us for 5 days why they don’t change towels in our room and don’t deliver bathroom accessories, in the end it turned out that they simply didn’t have enough towels for all, because the maids are constantly changing and there is no one to do the laundry. Not only were cockroaches crawling in the room and it stank of mold, they also didn’t want to return our money when we wanted to check out on the 2nd day. The administrator, Vera, explained this by saying that if we book a room with them for several days, then we either live these days in a hotel or leave, but no one will return the money for these days to us. Such unpleasant persons, they constantly lie and promise everything. Breakfast is a buffet, not really a buffet, but a public dining room of the lowest quality. Yes, the design of the restaurant is beautiful, but the staff are lazy flies who do nothing but only lie and promise. After breakfast, my son had a stomach ache and a fever, no pills helped. We asked the administrator Vera to call an ambulance, but she was very frightened, apparently Ses had fined more than once, saying that it turns out that if you feel bad in the hotel, then we do not have the right to call an ambulance - go to the doctor yourself or drink pills. That is, if you get poisoned in this dirty and dusty hotel, in which everything, instead of cleaning, washing and creating conditions for vacationers, only lie and extort money from you, then even if you die there in the room, these scammers will not notice We went to the hospital, the doctor diagnosed E. coli, it is clear that you can’t eat anything in this hotel, drink too, the water is unfiltered. Hotel guests always went with eggplants of water, which they bought in the store. It's a shame that you pay 1020 UAH per day for the service, but in fact you were just scammed and nothing will be returned. Later it turned out that the hotel manager simply does not pay the staff, so they constantly recruit interns to save on salaries, and that is why the cook is 18 years old in the kitchen, only with vocational schools, there are 3 administrators at the reception and they all promise everything. It is written that they have a beach, if the sunbeds near the Courage club are on the third floor from the sea, this is a beach, then you need to dive into the sea from the 3rd floor? The public beach is small, dirty, not equipped with anything, 10 minutes from the hotel. When we asked where the beach is normal, these scammers replied that they had a shuttle to a normal public beach in Rybachy 5 km. Terrible hotel, there is only one star you can give for the design and that's it
