ИСПОРЧЕННЫЕ ВЫХОДНЫЕ BREAKED WEEKEND

To my regret, some only 3 days of rest were spoiled in this hotel and for such and such money!
We rented a 1-room superior room for 2 adults and 1 baby (about 1.300 hryvnias or 5.200 rubles per day) in early September. We chose the hotel for a long time and decided to have a good rest.
Settled in quickly. And the room is on the 5th floor, but there are no elevators! The view from the window is beautiful, but you can’t stand on the balcony with your foot - they didn’t clean it there, apparently, a long time ago. I had to brush it with a brush. They didn’t immediately get into trouble with the maids. Since slippers are not provided, it was disgusting to walk barefoot on the floor - it is tiled.
We had to ask for a baby cot twice. But they brought it quickly.

A bracelet is attached to the hand. And as we later understood, one color for regular rooms and another color for SUITES. Discrimination felt already coming to the dining room. At the time of 7 vacationers of ordinary rooms come for 30 minutes. later, so that the suites dine first while everything is still hot and there are not so many people crowding. We arrived 10 minutes early but asked us to wait. It was unpleasant.
Meals are provided in the dining room, which still needs to be reached right across the road along the stairs. It was very uncomfortable with a toddler.
We were fed a mediocre buffet. There seems to be a choice, but everything is so unappetizing. Moreover, many dishes have no names at all - guess for yourself.
The area for wheelchairs is not landscaped. There are no drops. One steps.
There is a small area. Children's pool with cold water. We didn't swim.
For adults, the pool is for walruses. We did go there once.
Animation programs for children for C grade.
The beach area is small. And they were surprised that all the accessories there are also paid !!!
Living in a hotel, I did not feel privacy, coziness, comfort. Somehow everywhere there are crowds, noise, uncomfortable.
The last day was overshadowed by proceedings with the hotel authorities about the loss of an expensive ring. Naturally, the maid was not in the know. Although only she had access to the number.
In general, our SUCH A SHORT SPINED EXPENSIVE HOLIDAY IN "DEMERDZHI" ended!!! !
