We have been resting on Druzhba for 3 years in a row, we liked everything last year, but this year there was complete chaos. We rested in August 2012. The nature and the view from the window are just superb. But there are a lot of minuses: the descent and ascent to the sea is just terrible, you have to go 390 steps (I wasn’t too lazy to count), in the heat it’s just murder, especially for the elderly, though there is a bus, but it’s problematic to shove it. The service in the dining room wants the best, in order to eat you had to wait for 15-20 minutes, then they forget to bring the first, then they forgot to put a fork, a spoon, appeals to vacationers are simply terrible. There was a case when we (and not only us, there were 11 of us then) went on excursions, we were supposed to be served 45 minutes earlier, everyone came, but the tables were empty, they gave only the first one and then not everyone, when asked when the second one from the kitchen would be sent affectionate words to x. . , in general, we went half hungry. They recruited interns for practice, they walk around the dining room and don’t know what to do. The beach is also a problem, in order to take a place you have to get up at 6 in the morning and run to take a queue. Many people took 2 or even 3 places for themselves, the security turned a blind eye to this, breakfast was at 8.30 people went to the beach closer to 9.30 by this time the guards let the left people in for money, the vacationers had no place to even stand. All in all, this year is awful.
