Then everything was even worse: a non-working TV remote control, a broken window. The shower room turned out to be even more miserable: the cheapest outdated plumbing, sloppy tiles, a non-working coil, a complete lack of shower accessories. Only disposable soap and towels were provided - nothing else (no shampoo, no gel, no brushes, no slippers)!!!!
I was filled with indignation. I began to frantically look for other options for recreation in other hotels, demanded a refund. The administration was alarmed... As a result, they began to persuade us to stay and settled us in the 1st building in a higher class room for the same money. It was a bit better, but there were no shower facilities either (and is this a 3 star hotel?! ). In general, we stayed.
Another story is the buffet. Yes, indeed Swedish. But! The food is like in a school canteen: no variety, everything is the same, insipid, tasteless, chicken is constantly cooked. For 5 days of our stay there, only once they gave beef and pork. Chicken, chicken, chicken. I won't be able to eat chicken for a month now. The table is poor. If you didn’t come to the beginning of the meal, then in an hour there won’t even be mashed potatoes !! ! We'll have to eat buckwheat and pasta. The children's menu consists of one dish! From juices - only apple. Some compotes!
Now about the pool. On the third day of our vacation, something terrible happened. Some freak shit in the pool. It happened just at the time of our visit. Good thing we didn't have time to swim! They called an employee, she calmly fished this out of the pool... and said that she would now inform the management. And what do you think? It was said that the pool would be crystal clear tomorrow. I asked how this will happen if you do not change the water? I was told that the water would be filtered overnight! Of course, we became indignant and threatened that if they did not change the water, we would call the SES. As a result, the pool was closed for 1 day for maintenance. But no one changed the water! Throughout the day, we walked past the pool and periodically looked into the windows, the lights were off, no one worked there, and the water stood as it stood. The pool was reopened the next day. All this is a complete disrespect for the guests. They spit on us for our own money!
The only thing I liked was the animation. The children had something to do, they really liked the rope park! Animators - well done! Rest is also thought out for adults. Water aerobics, ZUMBA fitness, gym. It's nice and the coach is good. The treatment also seems to be good.
And one more thing: conference halls and pavilions are constantly rented for holding conferences or children's competitions. As a result, in the dining room and on the territory there are dozens of strangers, crowds of rabid children who behave ugly, yell, and a madhouse is arranged in the dining room. The holiday was disappointing. I don't think we will go there again. Golden dishonors our Crimea. Very disappointing.

My husband and I traveled a lot, visited different hotels, but this hotel is one of the coolest !!!! ! Firstly, the territory is very beautiful and clean, polite and friendly staff, VERY DELICIOUS and varied food (they give very tasty fruits and cherries, including), on Fridays, national cuisine, fresh products, crystal clear pools (this is a rarity, because the to the south we were in other sanatoriums, where the water is not cleaned so well).

Show programs in the hotel, animations, playing mafia in the evenings....), and on holidays the staff comes up with something special....puppets, gifts, unusual concerts !! ! everyone is very friendly, atmospheric and joyful! We advise everyone ??????????????????????? ?

Eating with kids? , you can safely leave them in the game room for a couple of hours. 4 stars only because of the beach. And now in order..... I bought vouchers in February, according to the action, early booking for a grandmother and granddaughter for 4 years. Room superior standard. 3. Procedures - new equipment, on time, the pediatrician is competent. Appointed ENT procedures. And even the adenoids were treated, I hope for the benefit.
4. Children's animation - superrrr. Fine. The child is delighted. Always busy with something....
5. Beach - but here is the problem. The beach is not filled with sand, as in other resorts or hotels. Pebbles, large, burning. It’s good that I put beach slippers with me, everyone was jealous. You can put up with pebbles, but here is the entrance to the sea, it's horror, boulders, huge stones, legs can be broken. There is a floating pier for adults, but there is no area for children to splash around. And everything on the beach is paid, I'm talking about food and drinks. Chose the hotel based on reviews. Wrong. The only good thing about this hotel is the grounds. The beach is bad, not suitable for children! The road to the beach on a weekend can take about 30 minutes. This is not a wellness complex at all, the procedures that are offered there can also go to the clinics for free.
