I happened to stay at Atelika Horizont for one night, but the experience was enough.
I booked a free room, it was only with partial amenities.
Toilets and showers are shared on the floor.
Check-in - I came to the reception at 10 am, paid for the room, only a check was issued from the documents for payment and was told to come at the time of check-in - after 12 o'clock.
By 12 o'clock I was walking uphill with a heavy suitcase - the hotel is at the top and in order to climb you need to overcome 90 steps, or go around the serpentine.
On the way, at the barrier, I was met by a security guard - he asked me to show documents for settling. My check for payment and the reservation number was not enough. By radio, he contacted the security guard in the building, but he referred to the fact that he was eating, and now he could not go to the reception desk to find out if I had really come to check in.

The hotel can not be reached by any of the specified phones. The reservation service is located in Moscow and they have no connection with the hotel at all.
The fight took a total of 20 minutes.
In the end, they still passed on parole.
There was a queue at the reception and I had to wait about half an hour more until people who were waiting for a room from 6 in the morning were settled. . .
Finally got the keys.
The room met the stench from the shared toilet, which was opposite and was popular with the guests. It seems to be the food.
The room is 6 squares, on the balcony there are lattices like in a prison, furniture of the "hello 80s" category and bed linen from the same time.
Only towels were normal, as many as 4 pieces, including beach towels.
Shared toilet on the floor - just tin. There is peeling paint on the walls, a fungus on the floor, the plumbing is all dead, there is no soap. It's disgusting to come in.
Meals - a typical dining room.
I didn't get sick and thanks for that.
The cooks and waiters are all students.
The hotel is an all inclusive concept and serves cheap wine from cartons and the same champagne at lunch and dinner. Haven't tried it, health is more expensive.
I liked the evening disco and the work of the animators, the guys are trying, they come up with contests.
The disco ends at 22-05 in accordance with local laws. Music 70% remixes of popular Russian songs, 30% retro and specific - on request.
The night passed quietly, except for the rattling refrigerator and a few large flycatchers that ran around the room.
In the morning I went to check in early. At 7-30.
There was no one at the reception, other people have been waiting since 7 in the morning.
There are no phone numbers to contact the staff. After 10 minutes, a cleaning lady appeared, who, in response to the claims of people, found an employee in one of the office premises, who was just sleeping.
Duty administrator Denisova Anastasia.
In a sleepy voice, she kicked everyone before me.
To my request to take the number, she replied that the maid should take the number, go look for her on the floor, they say there is no other way.

Naturally, there was no one on my floor and the neighboring ones.
After another 10 minutes of throwing up the stairs, a maid was found, but she was not from this floor... Thanks to her, she helped me find the right one. When we got to the room, it turned out that she had no keys. I had to go to the reception, take the key and show the room.
The maid didn’t even enter it and from the threshold it took her 2 seconds to understand that everything was fine.
Only after this ritual, the reception took the key and I left this place.
If you want to go back to the USSR - then you are here)
In the hotel, many people get sick, cough, including employees, but no one observes elementary sanitary standards.
Masks and sanitizers at the resort, apparently, the attributes are not needed.
And they look askance at the man in the mask.
