Foreword: If something does not work the first time, there is nothing to try further...
After reading the reviews, looking at the photos of the hotel, I decided - I need to go. I tried to get into this hotel for three years in a row, some obstacles appeared all the time: either the child would get sick, then work, then financial difficulties. But finally it happened - we're going! How they were looking for an entrance to the hotel is a whole story, as our driver said - “the second Santa Barbara”, at first we did not understand what he was talking about. It turns out that in the Crimea there is a small resort, where some hotels are stuck next to each other and is called the Santa Barbara resort, but oh well, they found it. We arrived very early, before settling another 6 hours, we were saved by the fact that two rooms were booked, and we crowded into one. Thank you for not leaving our suitcases on the street))).
Well, now about the hotel. I must say right away that I was surprised by three things: cleaning, coffee and waiting time. So, let's begin. I will not write about the numbers, so much has been said about them - everything is fine. In general, the hotel is very good and so are the staff. You can see that people are trying. Surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The corridors of the hotel were cleaned every day, I even saw how the walls were washed, but they forgot about the rooms. On the fourth day of my stay at the hotel, I wanted to throw out the trash and change the towels, those that allow me to take to the beach with me. No one writes here, or maybe it’s just a curiosity for me))), but there are 4 types of towels in the room: for the face, for the legs, a towel after the shower, and those that you can take with you to the beach (or to the pool). Well, after throwing the towels on the floor and hanging the corresponding sign on the door handle, we went for a couple of hours to eat and take a walk. We arrive at the sign in place, so no one has left. I call reception and ask them to leave. An employee came running right away, I won’t call her a cleaning lady, I don’t like this word, she replaced the towels and took out the trash. The administrator asked me to call them if you need cleaning! For me it was strange. Next is breakfast. About what kind of food, I will not expand either, we were not hungry. But here's the coffee! I can't live without coffee in the morning. And then there was the impression that one can of instant coffee was issued for two days, and for the entire hotel. If on the first day everyone had time to drink, then on the second day, as they say, "who did not have time, he was late. " Not seeing coffee, the question “where? ” immediately arose, the answer was “unfortunately ended. ” Well, I had a surprise. And when the same “trick” was repeated, then there was already irritation - when I don’t drink coffee, I “become violent. ” Next is the waiting time for food. Having made an order for a certain time, and having arrived, respectively, by this time, we waited another 20 minutes, and sometimes 30!! ! It is not very pleasant to be in a hungry state, even the fish on the tables did not save))) (there was a small aquarium with a fish on each table - very nice, I tell you).

I repeat - I really wanted to get into this hotel. But these little "troubles" somehow spoiled the impression, and the hotel itself is not located in the "quiet park area of the Professor's Corner of Alushta. " You still need to get to the corner, and along the way you will see a not very “picturesque” landscape in the form of garbage, dirt and heaps of stones after the landslides, but this is not a question for the hotel.
P. S. who are not embarrassed by the little things that I wrote, and these are really little things compared to the nature of the Crimea, then you will definitely like it there.
