Booked a room on the recommendation of a friend. Came with 2 small children. The entrance to the villa is a Georgian military road, no more, no less. This immediately embarrassed us, because a baby stroller would hardly pass through it. We got on some uncle who called himself an administrator. I was surprised when he told us that these are very expensive apartments, not everyone can pay for them (although we also arrived by car for like 40 thousand dollars - did he really doubt our ability to pay). We asked where to park the car - he pointed to unfinished building next to the hotel - put on a construction site. To the indignation of her husband that he would not leave the car there, he replied that it was possible under the stairs on the territory. In total there were 4 cars on the territory, 2-3 more would have fit at most. All the rest - to the construction site. There are construction going on all around. The only way out is to take rooms with a sea view.
The hotel does have a swimming pool, a rather cozy courtyard, but there is no playground and the territory is fenced with a metal fence, behind which there are steep cliffs. If you have curious young children, then the hotel is just a risk zone, given that some construction work is still underway there.
The rooms are really super - spacious, bright, cool bathroom. But. . . the attitude of this receptionist killed us. Even without showing the number, he demanded money. Naturally, we said that only after viewing the room. They went and looked around. It seems not bad, they began to confer which room to take (we booked two by mistake), having heard for this - you first pay the money, otherwise you go here, trample, clean up after you. and in general I have no time . . (word-for-word, I'm not lying). And this is said to customers who were going to rent a room for 1160 UAH. per day without food. After this phrase, we just turned around and left. While we were looking for a place to stay, we drove around 3 more villas, but we didn’t meet such boors anywhere else.

We won't be going there again for sure. It's just a shame that with all the richness of the interior, the owners cannot find friendly staff. Because of him, they did not earn about $ 1.000 from us alone.
The only positive person who met at the hotel was the maid, who greeted us warmly, smiled and asked a couple of meaningless hospitable phrases.
