Rested with my husband in September 2010, everything was very pleasant. Particularly well-groomed territory of the boarding house, which separates it from the road and from nearby sanatoriums. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, along the way you can buy fruits and souvenirs. There was also a bus every half an hour to the beach, so there were no problems at all with visiting it. I even liked the remoteness from the center, I could not hear any neighboring discos or noise from the central embankment. Although it is only 15 minutes walk to the center (at leisure), buses run every 10 minutes. The food is not very well composed, there are very few meat dishes, fruits (there were only watermelon or melon), and if you linger a little, then there will be little left of the buffet. In the case of early excursions, there are no lunch boxes, no breakfast transfer to an earlier time, I didn’t have time - I didn’t eat (which is very inconvenient, especially for those who are not used to spending their entire vacation either on the beach or in a boarding house)! There is no kettle in the rooms, the only place where you can get boiling water is from the administrator (on the ground floor), it would be nice to have a dispenser on each floor. There is no laundry, in which case you will have to wash in the sink or shower. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, comfortable with modern furniture, clean (cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every other day). The staff is friendly. The room (on the 5th floor) had a stunning view of Demerdzhi and the city. Despite the small shortcomings, we were satisfied with the rest in Magnolia and want to return there more than once!
