We arrived in Magnolia in the morning at 10 o'clock, settled immediately, although the check-in was at 14-00. The room is excellent, we took a junior suite on the 5th floor, although the standard rooms are just as comfortable, only smaller. In the boarding house you can get medical procedures, there is a bathroom department (the shower was closed), massage, various inhalations, a speleological chamber and much more. A very beautiful territory, even if you don’t want to go anywhere, you can give a couple of laps around the territory and that’s enough. On the territory there is a swimming pool, a bar with a summer playground, cartoons were shown to children in the open area, and live music for adults (we really didn’t find it), there is a sports ground and table tennis, sports equipment is given free of charge.
Feeding normal, delicious pastries. What did not suit us in terms of food was the dinner time from 17-18, in my opinion very early. In the afternoon, I already want to have something to eat for an hour at 2-3, and if I eat at this time, then I don’t feel like having dinner. But maybe it will work for someone.
The beach is far away, but there is a bus, though the last one goes to the beach at 10-00, and then at 12-00, and if you have procedures, then you may not have time for it and you will have to walk. Personally, the road did not bother me, walking slowly for 25-30 minutes, and the same amount back, because. the terrain in this place is more or less flat, so if anyone is too lazy to walk, do not bother.

To the center and to the central promenade the same 20-25 minutes on foot. A bus stop is 20 meters from Magnolia, you can get to the center by minibus 3 stops, as well as to the bus station, minibuses run very often.
There are no cafes near the boarding house (except for the Katran bar, which has good draft beer) and if you return in the evening after excursions, then you will have to go to the embankment to eat, which is not very convenient.
Be prepared for the fact that all decent establishments where you can eat or have a bite to eat are located in the central part of the embankment, and there is no direct passage from Magnolia Beach. From Magnolia beach to the central promenade about 20 minutes on foot. If you are not embarrassed by summer cafes "under a tent", then you can eat soup near the Magnolia beach.
Now about the tours:
This year the prices have gone up a lot. Almost all excursions cost 200-240 hryvnia = 800-960 rubles per person.
We went to the caves on Chatyrdag = 240 hryvnia, to the Crimean Nature Reserve = 200 hryvnia. You can drive to the reserve by your own car, after visiting its administration, which is located on the street. Guerrilla and order a guide-guide, because. pedestrians are not allowed there. But they do not organize their own excursions, you will still have to buy them from street vendors.

We went to Demerzhdi (Ghost Valley) on our own, having reached the bus station for 2 gr. = 8 rubles, and from the bus station by minibus No. 22 in 25 minutes and 5 gr = 20 rubles to the village of Luchisnoye, Shkolnaya stop, from it, having reached the checkpoint, we started rise to the plateau. The ascent to the observation deck takes an hour, and another 30 minutes to the top, a total of 1.5 hours, and the descent takes about the same time. The beauty is extraordinary, this is the most memorable excursion. The path led us back to the Nikulinsky nut and the stone on which Varley danced, a little further on the Funa fortress, we didn’t go there, because. there is nothing special to see. If anyone is going, I advise you to definitely go up at least to the observation deck. By the way, excursions do not lead there, they show the Valley of Ghosts from below, but the beauty is at the top. If someone does not want to climb on foot, you can take a horse ride, it costs 600 gr = 2200-2400 rubles per person.
By the way, the bombers at the bus station, grabbing your hands, are trying to sell you a ride to the Valley of Ghosts (Demerdzhi) for 30 hryvnia = 100-120 rubles.
Still independently in 20 minutes and 7 hryvnias we reached Partenit and visited the Aivazovsky park, very beautiful!! ! You can go there for half a day.
Well, sort of got more or less detailed.
I wish you all a good holiday. Magnolia is worth it. For little money, a few inconveniences, but there are many more pluses.
