I read the reviews and it seems that I was in a different hotel. To say I didn't like it is an understatement. Vacation was AMAZING. I was traveling with my little daughter and mother, hoping to take a break from the bustle of the city and breathe clean fresh air. Therefore, even when booking, I clarified some points for a comfortable stay with a baby, none of which was completed, namely:
1. Asked for 2 separate beds
2. I checked the temperature of the water in the indoor pool, they told me that the water was at least 26-27 degrees, it was very important, because my daughter loves to swim, and in other hotels that I called the water temperature is much lower
3. The presence of a dietary table for the child during lunch and breakfast, to which I was also answered in the affirmative
4. And the presence of an equipped area for a baby stroller, I wanted to relax and in order not to drag the baby in my arms, they also took a stroller with them.

And, oh, horror, we arrived at the hotel, which, as it turned out, was located on a mountain, that is, the entire territory of the hotel is a plexus of narrow endless stairs and paths, which are cramped to walk on, and it’s impossible to get into strollers at all, because. ATTENTION on the territory of the hotel THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SLIDE FOR THE CARRIAGE even upon arrival at the villa))))))))))))))) Therefore, I had to carry the stroller in my arms, and by the evening my back was simply splitting.
We registered, we went into the room, and lo and behold, we have ONE DOUBLE BED, I asked for two separate ones. There are no bathrobes in the room (although I asked about their availability in order not to pull extra things), as it turned out, when I checked out, I had to go to the reception in the main building and ASK for bathrobes myself.
We went out for a walk with our daughter and 30 meters from the entrance to the villa there is a huge pile of rubbish, including broken glass, condoms and other personal hygiene products. There was no limit to my indignation, I naturally made a remark at the reception in my villa, but after I heard “yeah” and the absence of any body movements, I went to the main building, where they answered my indignation that MOSTLY TOMORROW THERE WILL BE NO GARBAGE, but the fact that it is now 2 pm, and there are 100 staff members on the territory of the hotel, so it's okay, no one knows how to use a scoop and a whisk.
And here is the last drop of my indignation, we came to the canteen, otherwise you can’t name this place, what kind of restaurant is there, this place doesn’t even reach the third category dining room. ---- "Dietary table????? ", "- what are you talking about? " The waiter looked at me in disbelief. At my request for a highchair, he said that they had never had them, although after 2 days they still brought it to us.
FOOD IS SIMPLY DISGUSTING, you can only eat if insanely hungry. There is no range at all. Yes, they probably don’t even know such a word, if in their “restaurant” it is permissible to serve cutlets from thawed semi-finished products, then what else can we talk about.

Well, in general, the impression is that this is a soviet sanatorium that has seen a lot on its way, it has been slightly tinted, but everywhere the Soviet past screams, a homeless beach with a toilet in a wagon across the road, frostbitten staff, no one knows anything, everyone you don’t give a damn, you won’t interrogate anything, but in this hotel, you just have to beg for everything, you won’t find anyone anywhere, even the maids consider it acceptable to make comments to guests, an absolutely incompetent manager.
As a result, paying a fine of 1500 UAH. we went to another hotel and had a great rest for the rest of the week.
