I am writing a review specifically to raise the undeservedly low rating of the hotel. The bad ratings of "Sea" are either black PR of competitors, or the private opinion of eternally dissatisfied people, for whom pearls always seem too small.
The magnificent territory is not even a park, but a cypress grove with hundred-year-old trees, a pine forest, a well-groomed forest. . . It remains only to applaud the architects who were able to build a surprisingly comfortable hotel without disturbing the paradise created by nature, complementing it with beautiful landscape design. The rooms are quite consistent with 4 *, cleaning, etc.
The food is also at the level of good foreign hotels. I am surprised that breakfasts seem monotonous to some - yes, the assortment almost does not change from day to day, but the whole line of possible breakfast options is presented every day - from shrimp omelettes and salmon carpaccio with capers to a variety of selected fruits in abundance. They cook deliciously in the restaurant "More" and in "Dorado"; desserts are great.

Another circumstance - steep descents and ascents - all the more cannot be written down as a minus for "Sea". The entire South Coast is mountain slopes! By the way, one of the most beautiful cities I have visited, Taormina (Sicily), is all built on terraces steeply descending to the sea; and no one comes to mind to be indignant. Daily free fitness). To the beach and back from Villa 9 (located on the highest platform of the territory) we always walked along a lovely health path (5-7 minutes). For those who find it difficult to go up and down, autocars drive every 10-15 minutes.
Very good SPA center. Clean pools. Clean area. there is a children's room, animation, playgrounds. In short, no complaints. The peaceful and happy state was spoiled only by a parallel reality in the form of the Alushta embankment (sometimes they went out for fruit))).
And finally, with regard to cost. No need to compare the HOTEL with the COUNTRY, that is, "Sea" 4 * with "Turkey". "Turkey in general" most often involves a cheap last-minute tour to an unpretentious hotel with almost no territory somewhere on the third line. And a vacation of such a level as in the "Sea" is just as expensive (if not more expensive) - in Cyprus, in Spain, in the same Turkey.
