We rested with my mother in the Neva boarding house in Alushta from June 5 to June 15.2014. Boarding house website

The room is small, clean, wallpaper on the walls, 2 beds and a refrigerator occupy almost the entire room, there is a narrow passage to the balcony. There is a small TV on the fridge. Two bedside tables. The bathroom is cramped, but the plumbing is new. On the balcony there is a clothesline for drying clothes, take clothespins with you. The buffet, at the beginning of our stay, salads and other cold appetizers were served by waiters, after a few days they put a refrigerator and you could take something yourself, so only hot dishes were served. I wrote a review in the dining room guest book that the food is beyond praise, real homemade! No Turkey-Egypts, etc. (there is even a large selection, but there is really little that is tasty) can not be compared closely, we did not even expect this ! ! There is always a large selection of dishes, delicious cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir (expanse for dairy lovers), cereals with milk, like at home, okroshka, lazy dumplings, cabbage cutlets, pancakes, fruits, desserts! For me, tea was brewed very strong, coffee - ordinary instant, cocoa "liquid". I liked compotes from dried fruits more : ) In short, you can return to this boarding house even because of one meal)))).
You can go to the beach through an underground tunnel (it’s good to go in the heat, it’s cool there), or along the road where cars go, or climb a little to the left of the exit, cars won’t interfere there. In terms of duration, they did not understand which was shorter, it seemed that approximately all paths were equal, about 10 minutes. The boarding house has 3 beaches, but because there were few people (in the beginning our building was only a third full! ), only one worked, and later a second one was opened. You can always find a place, you don't have to book in advance. When there were no waves, the water is very clean, transparent, the bottom is clearly visible. On the beach, sunbeds are free, there is a shower, changing rooms. There are small cafes nearby, on our last day a clothing store opened near the entrance to the tunnel.
Excursions are best taken from Elvira (her stands next to the dining room of the boarding house), because. 10% discount for guests of the boarding house. We took one tour not from her, but on the way to the prod.
