My husband and I rested in this boarding house in August 2013. The location is very good, away from the center, you can’t hear the music of clubs, restaurants, cafes on the waterfront. The food was mediocre, there was not much variety and choice of dishes. For a week, the daily borscht (without meat) and soup (pea, pickle and buckwheat) were daily first courses. That is, 2 first courses to choose from. There were no dairy products for breakfast, no kefir, no yogurt (((. You can’t call the main dishes varied either (chicken, tiny meatballs, meat fried, fish in white sauce), salads too... (almost all of them were with sooooo huge amount garlic or onion, and even for breakfast). I had my own pastries for dinner, shortbread cookies and buns, but I still wanted to see buns and pies for breakfast. The rooms are basically normal, we lived in comfort. There is furniture on the balcony, air conditioning, safe , a double bed with a good mattress, but old windows, an incomprehensible wardrobe design. ((At the expense of cleanliness, they didn’t clean it every day, or rather they didn’t really clean it at all, they only took out the trash and cleaned the plumbing. For a week, they never changed bed linen and towels, they never did a wet cleaning of the room. (((((The beach is not bad, it is located near the boarding house, BUT !!! ! paid sunbeds (plastic), this is at least not pleasant. In addition, outsiders are allowed on the boarding house beach for an additional fee, 10 UAH per person, to just go to the beach with your own bedding, 15 UAH per person - a wooden sunbed, 25 UAH per person - a plastic one (note, for guests of the boarding house THE PRICE IS THE SAME!!! ). Total, the verdict is the following - not bad in general, but For such a ratio "price-quality" a little expensive.
