At 4 am we were kindly met, quickly marked, parked. Fatigue disappeared, at 5:30 in the morning we went for a walk around the territory, so we wanted to see all the beauties with our own eyes as soon as possible and breathe in the Crimean air to our heart's content. Love at first sight did not disappoint in the future either: the most beautiful relic park and well-groomed territory deliver a lot of aesthetic pleasure.
Pleased with the apartments: clean, cozy, comfortable. The room is equipped according to the number of people, especially pleased with children's "accessories" and accessories: slippers, shampoo, shower gel, crib, potty, stand, etc. As they say, a trifle, but nice))

Special attention and gratitude to the restaurant and cuisine. The buffet is heaven for any mom. My head doesn’t hurt what my children will eat today)) Among the variety of dishes there has always been delicious food for children: for a 4-year-old girl who is picky in food, and for a one-year-old baby who has not yet been transferred to the “adult table”. A separate children's buffet line, a diet table, and a kitchen for mothers came in handy, where you can always use a blender and bring food to the right consistency for your child. It is important)). Each high chair is equipped with a bib and a wet wipe - another nice little thing in the piggy bank. The staff is always polite, dirty dishes do not accumulate on the tables. Special thanks to the chef and all the staff of the restaurant, keep it up!????????
On the very first day, we had a tea party with the general director of the hotel - such an informal meeting. The story about the hotel impressed and inspired. True, there was also a fly in the ointment in this barrel of honey. During this hour, firstly, the animator girl in the children's corner of the lobby bar, although politely, but focused on the fact that the eldest daughter had a runny nose and it was necessary to present a certificate that she was healthy before visiting that very children's area; secondly, the director of the hotel, having heard the cough of his youngest daughter, interrupted his speech, asked to be checked by a pediatrician and until the moment of recovery try to avoid visiting crowded places, enclosed spaces, keeping, so to speak, in isolation. Initially, the rumor resonated, to be honest, especially considering that both daughters had been ill for a long time and both had, so-called, residual effects of SARS. But on reflection, my husband and I realized that this is very fair in relation to other guests, and to children in particular. The hotel is family-run and thus takes care of the health of its most important guests - the health of children. Fortunately, the hotel has a lot of opportunities for high-grade leisure with children in the fresh air. This is a wonderful beach with a labyrinth and a playground, and a zoo, trampolines, cars, a health trail and other activities. So the short period of “isolation” flew by unnoticed for us, and the supervision of a pediatrician and the possibilities of the medical center quickly helped to get rid of the remnants of a cold and, finally, to introduce children to the CRS (center for the development of abilities). Since that moment, we have become much less likely to see our eldest daughter)), she is so interested there. I am rather skeptical about this kind of entertainment, considering closed rooms with a large number of children as a breeding ground for infections (it's no secret that children in children's groups get sick more often), but the fact that the program is scheduled by the hour and the child is constantly engaged in various activities is useful (! ) activities, I was definitely won over. What is only an interactive sandbox worth? ! My daughter not only had fun (this is also necessary), but also endlessly shared new knowledge, discoveries, information with us, brought crafts, postcards, the first culinary masterpieces, etc. )). Happy children - happy parents. They themselves were no longer sick, sick children were not observed in the CRS. With my youngest daughter, we visited a room for the smallest - a room for the expansion of consciousness with Montessori elements. There was no limit to the excitement! In general, the CRS is interesting, varied, thought out to the details, comfortable, with an excellent attitude of the staff.
I did not plan to sing a laudatory ode, but the hotel actually pleasantly surprised me.
In the SPA complex, I was especially pleased with the presence of a children's room and fitness classes. My husband used the gym and billiards, he was satisfied. Every evening the hotel has an entertainment program for adults, for which thanks to the artists and animators.

I'm afraid to miss something, but all the advantages of the hotel, it seems, can not be counted. Leisure for children and adults is so well thought out and scheduled that you barely have time to visit all the places and events, you want to be in time everywhere without missing anything. In the off-season, you can not be afraid of boredom))
Of the minuses, I can note the unstable operation of the Internet application, and, sometimes, inaccuracies in the declared entertainment program (there were discrepancies in the time and place of events). A trifle, but it would be nice to improve)
As a result, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their courtesy, responsiveness, professionalism, high standards of work and an established system. Nice to do business with you!
