Everything was great from check in to check out. We returned to the hotel for the second time. The last time we stayed was in November 2018. Very good and cordial welcome. The staff remembers us despite the fact that we first stopped by for a day. Excellent food for all tastes. Excellent variety of baths. It is impossible not to note the dream on the sea, where hot mulled wine is poured. Great art therapy on the beach.
I went for my birthday. I was splendidly congratulated by the whole restaurant at dinner, the hotel gave me a cake and balloons. They brought champagne and fruit to the room, and even at check-out, the child was presented with the symbol of the hotel - Enotika, which caused a lot of positive emotions and therefore we immediately booked rooms for the May holidays!! ! And most importantly, in February there are practically no rooms for the May weekend, which confirms the excellent level of service!! ! You are the best in Crimea!
