We rested with a 2-year-old child, we decided to improve his health in front of the kindergarten, and as a result, we caught an intestinal infection in the hotel, the whole family fell ill. Moreover, all acquaintances, friends and sister with family, vacationing in 2012 and 2011, also caught the infection. Symptoms are the same - vomiting, diarrhea, fever, weakness. We ate exclusively at the hotel, we didn’t buy any khachapuri - corn pizza. We waited in line for about an hour to see the doctor, and talking with people at the hotel, we found out that there are a lot of such cases. We were settled in a room in which there was a fetid smell, to questions about this and a request to relocate, the administration replied that the child was sick in front of us and the room was quartzed, they asked to ventilate, they say the smell would disappear, later, when this happened to our family, and the child at night sharp vomiting began and all this turned out to be on the carpet, after we were also cleaned, they were quartz and the maid said that the child had the same thing in front of us. Whether the reason for this is the food, which by the way did not cause enthusiasm. If for someone cutlets, stews and cheesecakes are culinary delights, then maybe. Pastries are the same for breakfast and dinner. Coffee - just a bug, watermelons, melons were not - and this is in season! The only thing I liked was steamed salmon, which was given several times. And with all this, they are still standing at the entrance and marking the cards in the journal, what if you come to dine with them again! When the child got sick and we took turns going to the dining room (sorry, I can’t call it a restaurant), I forgot my card and they didn’t let me in! We have never seen such greed in any other country. We rested with a child in Tunisia, Turkey, Crete, even in Egypt (were in decent hotels) there was never any poisoning or any infections, although I always play it safe, I carry "half a luggage" of a first-aid kit, and here in my homeland and this ! Lunches waited 40 minutes, with a child you can’t sit for a long time.
Separately, about the pools, they are not cleaned! My husband loves to snorkel, he saw garbage and sediment at the bottom, so for the whole vacation they never cleaned it! The children's pool - a tiny paddling pool, and even in the shade - does not warm up. The playground is very small, between the club and the pool, as if squeezed. And in general, the territory is very small, there is nowhere to walk. Delivery every half an hour was annoying, if you didn’t have time, wait, or with a child and things through a gloomy tunnel and up the stairs.
From what I liked - animation, well done, the guys tried! Children's labyrinth. Pine trees on the territory, although this is not the merit of Porto Mare... Perhaps that's all . . We have been relaxing abroad for a long time, Alushta has not changed, we are very sorry that we decided to go to the Crimea, for the same money you can have a great rest with children in Turkey or Greece and there will be impressions bigger and the sea is warmer. Do not be afraid to fly abroad with children! By the way, yes, the sea at the end of August was cool, almost no one swam, the children said it was cold. If you still decide to go to Alushta, you can visit the oceanarium, the Crimea in miniature (for a change) and the water park near the Professor's Corner (I really liked the latter).
