Traveled with my boyfriend in July 2010. Read the reviews before going and were ready for anything. First of all, I want to say that this is the cheapest boarding house in Alushta, so you should not expect much from the service. The boarding house is quite well-groomed with a large green area, located next to the central embankment, the furniture in the rooms is from Soviet times, but you can live, there were no insects in the room, hot water until 10-11 pm. The food is so-so: normal for a woman, not enough for a man. The beach is large enough, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to it, but I didn’t like the beaches in Alushta. This boarding house justifies itself in terms of price and quality, if we compare all hotels and boarding houses in Crimea. I wish you all a good holiday!
