1) the Internet is just a nightmare, there is no wi fi in the suite, but it costs 1030 UAH.
2) the suite is located on the ground floor and all living creatures stayed in my room (ants, centipedes, spiders) it’s especially fun when you relax with a small child and spend the evening with a slipper in your hand
3) TV - four channels, the administrator realized that people come to us to relax, but when it rains there is simply nothing to do
4) the restaurant - everything seems to be fine except for the regular absence of half the menu, and the lethargy of the staff
5) cleaning in the room - it simply doesn’t exist, if you don’t ask, the floor covering of the room scares you, on which the whole history of the hotel is visible in stains
