Hey!! ! Never go to this resort. . .
My husband and I arrived at this sanatorium at 12 noon (check-in was supposed to take place at 9.00), after waiting 2 hours we finally got to the administrator... she told us that they were not waiting for us here... after the proceedings we were settled in a double ordinary room (although a superior double was booked on a tour). When we opened the door to the room, we were horrified: the furniture was old, dusty and broken, the door was covered with a dirty floor cloth, the toilet bowl was dirty, the floor too, and besides, there was no COLD water (it was hot). We went back to the receptionist and were transferred to a single mother and child room. So my husband and I huddled for 2 days (the ticket was for 10 days) in a small room on a small bed. The room was terrible. . . it stank like garbage. . . it was impossible to sleep on the pillows. . . the furniture was old and falling apart, there was a lot of dust on the shelves. . . in general, HORROR!!!
We talked with 6 visitors, they had the same story, sometimes we had to wait for a normal homer for more than 4 days.
