Traveled with my husband in 2017. The boarding house left a good impression:
1. Located in a quiet place, nothing prevented you from relaxing.
2. Breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The kitchen is simple and homely.
3. Rooms are cozy, relatively fresh renovation.
Of the minuses:
1. During the week of our stay, the room was not cleaned even once, although there are trees around the boarding house from which garbage pours onto the balcony.
2. The boarding house is located on a hill, so it takes five minutes to go to the sea from the hill, and from the sea to climb 20 minutes uphill in the sun.
But since there were more pluses, this year we decided to go here again. Booked a room through the website. We waited for several days - no answer, no greetings. We wrote to the hostess and received an answer: ". . . I would like to have a confirmation of the reservation in the form of an advance payment for the day. But since you are from Ukraine, I don't know what to do with you. " We asked for the account number where the money should be transferred. The answer is silence. Since in 2017 there was a similar conversation and they did without prepayment, and also without receiving a refusal to book a room, we bought tickets with peace of mind and tuned in to rest.
On the day of departure, we write to the hostess and receive an answer that since the prepayment was not received, the room was not assigned to us and she has no places. They pointed out to her our correspondence and the fact that neither a clear refusal nor an invoice were given to us, in response they received the number of some guy who would settle us somewhere. No apology or explanation for this behavior was given. Thanks to the mini-boarding house "Uyutny" for spoiling the rest.
