There was an opportunity in August 2011 to call on the "Hunter's Estate". What can be said? In general, the owner's idea is a good pool, sauna, bathhouse, billiards, tennis court, parking, playground, transfer to the sea, a large chess table. But everything is in a state of disrepair everywhere dust, cobwebs and weeds. Bed linen is clean but very old. We didn’t swim in the pool, the water smells strongly of chlorine, but it really is big and beautiful like on the site. Sauna and bath are paid, and not as they write on some sites (included in the price of 2 hours to choose from), billiards are in good condition. There really is a brazier, and when we couldn’t make a fire, the manager helped with pleasure. For those who go to the sea, and even with children, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After settling in, we were taken to a paid beach (the best) in Alushta, we left there in shock (the water is yellow, the beach is dirty, the promenade is full of stalls, you have to walk around to find where to throw garbage). Transfer to the sea is provided for those who live in a one-room suite 1 time per day (round trip), for those who live in a three-room suite 2 times. You order time yourself (which is very convenient). Breakfast is not included. And you don’t want to cook in the kitchen, which you don’t want to be in an unsanitary state (the dishes and the kettle are sticky, the two stoves are the dirtiest, the floor is dirty, the trash bin was half full, and despite the fact that there were no more vacationers). The manager is a very friendly guy and he does all the work in the house and in the yard, but two hands are very, very few to keep everything in order. Dear owner, hire people to bring beauty and order, and people will pour to you.
